JaVale McGee is about to take the most shit eatingest grin having selfie ever with all his championship gear on and @  Charles Barkley. This would make my year.

Wouldn't it be Shaq, not Chuck?

Chuck is in on and Shaq has titles. The best fruit is the low hanging fruit. If he sticks around, the next one will probably be headed Shaq's way.

If I'm LeBron, I'm talking to the Pelicans about Anthony Davis.

To do what? See if he has a cousin playing ball overseas whose available?

It should be noted that LeBron averaged a triple double in the finals.

THE NBA FINALS

Also, based on his attitude in the postgame presser, I don't think LeBron wants to think about basketball for at least six weeks. So any Cav moves are going to be tabled until then. This last two months have to be draining as hell.

I wanted to strangle JVG when he was saying LeBron needed to play with more energy or whatever. Come the fuck on.

most worthless NBA title ever. Title was won in July when Durant quit the Thunder to join already the best team in the league. Golden State didn't need Durant, they just needed Durant not to be on the Thunder.

I hope they all injure themselves celebrating this hollow and empty achievement.

LeBron did all he could do.  Shumpert and Williams are garbage now. Jefferson is old.  Thompson is what he is. Korver is just a 3-point specialist and atrocious on defense. Love is inconsistent. JR Smith played great today but also inconsistent and does stupid things.

It's really only LeBron and Kyrie who are playing on a championship level and Kyrie isn't there every night.

James Harden didn't need Kevin Durant either! He has all the strippers and IG models in Houston ready to hit his DMs.

BTW Hopefully, the Ghost of James Harden returned from its vacation on the riverwalk in San Antonio.

You can crack on James all you want but he took his team that only had one All-Star (and no one else on the team that had ever been an All-Star) and dragged them to the 3rd best record in the NBA and won a playoff series against the league MVP.

I hope he comes back from San Antonio too.  I still believe the concussion Gasol gave him in Game 5 was what caused the Game 6 abomination.

What caused the nearly identical meltdown two years ago?

In all seriousness and I don't like Harden at all but if he signed with the Warriors he'd have a ring too.  Any all-star signing with a team that's already favored to win it all would have a pretty good shot. People get too stuck on who has a ring and who doesn't.

Butthurt that Durant followed the template laid out by Wilt Chamberlain, Scottie Pippen, Karl Malone, Gary Payton, and LeBron himself is not a good look for you, Counselor.

Hell, if I had an MVP vote I'd probably give it to Harden. I definitely would've in 2015.

But that doesn't change that he basically completely vanished in elimination games twice in the last three years.

Except Durant was clearly the X factor and the best player in the series in addition to changing the entire complexion of the series. OTHER THAN THAT...

You can do that when you are surrounded by a 73-win supporting cast. This guy named Steph Curry seems to draw a lot of attention out there...   this guy Klay Thompson probably shouldn't be left open..
