John Legend and Tika Sumpter were going to do a show for WGN about Black Wall Street. That news came out last year when the Underground was riding high. I wonder if that is kaput now as a result of this.

Given Legend's relationship with Oprah, I wouldn't be surprised if both are resurrected by OWN.

I try to support Tyler Perry, but I would be kinda happy if one of his OWN shows got shitcanned in favor of Season 3 of Underground.

So long as they don't fuck with Iyala: Fix My Life, I'm good.

I still enjoy Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but I've noticed that each episode's B story is always a huge step down from the A story. And when there's a C story? God have mercy.

I feel like everyone should know and acknowledge this:

According to his IMDB page Norman Lloyd is now working on a tv show that is in development but hasn't been sold yet. He will appear in 7 episodes of a show called FLY in 2018 if it, well, if if flies.

Norman Lloyd's first acting credit was in 1939. He worked with Chaplain and Keaton. He worked with Hitchcock.

As a director he hired a 22 year old second unit director to work for him on an episode of OMNIBUS. It was the kid's first directing job. His name was Stanley Kubrick.

This was him in St. Elsewhere 45 YEARS AGO:

He is 102. If you missed it he was in TRAINWRECK at age 100.

This came up recently on the trek pod I listen to, since they just did the episode of TNG when he played Picard's old professor.
