Will Dark Tower moving up on the BO list next week (or possibly dropping on the RT cause enough movement that people need to be worried?

I mean, I'm well doomed but one and two could conceivably flip and it'll likely decide who gets knocked out of the prize bubble. Still an important week for final standings.

I *think* the top 6 are locked under any reasonable scenario.  Not positive about that though.  Spreadsheet is on my work computer, will check on Monday.

I know on the battle for Xanadu: Both me and Ace picked The Dark Tower to finish 6th in RTs.

He picked it 8th on box office (so he has a chance to pick up some ground), I left it off my box office.

...meaning, sorry Ace, I probably mathematically clinched Xanadu.

So what I'm seeing is:

There's nothing that could reasonably happen to Dark Tower in box office that would affect the placement of any of the prizewinners (i.e. top 6 + last place).

The only thing that could possibly make a difference is on the RT list.  As of this post, Dark Tower has 31 positive reviews out of 195.  If it does so badly on RT in the next four days that it drops below both The Mummy and Transformers 5 (which would require it to get 15 more negative reviews and no positive ones), then DreamBroken and The Natural would swap places and Ace would drop back into last place.  But that's unlikely to happen.

If anyone's wondering how a Dark Tower RT change could affect the last place finisher when Ace and SorceressKnight both have Dark Tower at 6th on their RT list, the short explanation is that SK left Transformers 5 off his RT list and Ace didn't, so Dark Tower dropping below Transformers 5 wouldn't change anything for SK but it would for Ace.

It was nice to be special for like 2 weeks. =D

This year might come down to the tiebreaker though, which I bombed this year. I had DM 3 at 200 million then edited down to 150 million. Ouch.

When it comes crashing down and it hurts inside....

Ah man, it was a good run. Came back to play, and this game is still neat. Is this the first time the tiebreaker determined the winner? Probably happen before. Congrats to Elsalva.

As always, thanks to S.K.o.S aka Suicide King for running this thing all these years. Good dude.
