S.K.o.S.
I'm doing some number crunching on last year's contest. Here are the top 5 keys to victory in 2016 (or in most cases, more like the keys to not doing terribly): 5. Leaving Suicide Squad off your RT list. Out of 23 entrants, 6 people did this; 4 of those 6 people finished in the top 5. 4. Ranking Ice Age: Collision Course low on your RT list. Anyone who put Ice Age in the bottom 2 on their RT list finished in the top 9. Conversely, anyone who had Ice Age higher than 9th on their RT list finished in the bottom 9. 3. Ranking Ice Age: Collision Course low on your box office list. 10 people had Ice Age at 9th or higher on their box office list; the bottom 7 finishers were all among those 10. 2. Ranking Ghostbusters high on your RT list. With just one exception (which was The Natural), everyone who ranked Ghostbusters in the top half of their RT list finished no worse than 13th, and everyone who gave Ghostbusters a lower RT ranking than that finished 14th or worse. The two people who gave Ghostbusters a worse RT ranking than all other entrants ended up finishing last and second last. 1. Ranking Warcraft low on your box office list. Four people had Warcraft at 9th or higher on their box office list, and none of them finished better than 17th. Among the top 12 finishers, all but one of those that had Warcraft on their box office list ranked it dead last.

S.K.o.S.
J.T. was the 12th entrant, so add a dvd of IN A VALLEY OF VIOLENCE to the prize pool. Ethan Hawke stars as Paul, a lone drifter who wanders into the forgotten town of Denton, Texas – dubbed by locals as the "valley of violence." There, he picks a fight with the wrong man, Gilly (James Ransone), the troublemaking son of the town's unforgiving marshal (John Travolta). As tensions arise between Paul and Gilly, an inevitable act of violence starts a disastrous chain reaction that quickly drags the whole town into the bloody crosshairs of revenge. Only the world-weary marshal struggles to stop the violent hysteria, but after a gruesome discovery about Paul's past…there's no stopping the escalation.

_MJ_
Guardians deadline is today?! Oh man. I am going to have to get both my lists done today around a busy day for me. Can I do it? THE DRAMA. How come S.K.O.S. hates Baywatch and doesn't believe in The Rock? Haha. Woman Woman box office performance will be most intriguing. There will be a think piece or two about it either way. Wait. The Emoji Movie? It's over for me.
