Hechicero has been actively great pretty much his whole career, however, during the voting period Kenny Omega made himself an international star the old fashioned way, putting on great matches against a variety of opponents. He's gone from someone who was a channel changer to someone I look forward to watching. If this was career vs. career, I'd go with Hech in a heartbeat, but there aren't many people that had a stronger outing during the voting period than Kenny Omega.
