A Mr. Fuji porno wouldn't be complete without a fourway scene with Fuji, Don Muraco, a woman, and a meatball sub.

I find pastrami to be the most sensual of all the salted, cured meats.

There actually was a Wrestling themed porn movie that came out in the late 90s. The One Men Gang Bang and that. Raven Mack interviewed the guy who edited it.

Since I will eventually end up closing the thread either way - at least I will let you guys ruin it on wrestling. So here is one of your favorite topics: Daniel Bryan wrestling again

Here is Meltzer obsessing WAY too much on a throw away line on Talking Smack

Quote

On Talking Smack on 3/7, there was another Miz and Bryan interview situation. Miz was tremendous, as he started making fun of Cena for being a robot and he and Nikki both being plastic and being together to build both of their brands. He joked that Bryan probably had to sign a contract to be his friend like he made Nikki sign a contract to be his girlfriend (well, to move in with him). He said Cena stole the Attitude Adjustment from Tommy Dreamer (well, it’s not the same move and it was Etsuko Mita’s move), didn’t say he stole the STF from Chono or Thesz since being a lifelong fan and wrestling expert he probably wouldn’t know either, and said he stole his girlfriend from Ziggler and his new T-shirt design from a beer company. Maryse was there trying hard not to laugh. Bryan defended the idea that Cena was handed everything by noting that Cena was almost fired at one point (true, they saw nothing in him which is funny since many saw superstardom in him from day one), and Miz didn’t believe it. Miz talked about when he came in that nobody expected him to last more than a few months and Bryan said that’s not true and that Miz was never in a position to be fired because he’s the perfect patsy for the company. Oh dear. He said Miz goes everywhere and does all the media and totes the company line (well, he does), that Miz is just a WWE shill. Miz said that he was a star before he ever came to WWE and he could be an actor. Bryan made fun of his straight-to-DVD movies and Miz made fun of Bryan saying he can’t act and he can’t even wrestle anymore. Bryan said that wasn’t my choice, they won’t let me, and “We’ll see in 18 months time, won’t we?” Oh boy. Bryan is one of those guys who has to fight himself not to tell the truth and he was clearly not fighting himself in the least on the show (he also told Renee Young that the Raw Talk show she hosted after Fast Lane was poor). This pretty much says he’s going to try and wrestle again in 18 months, which one would think would mean ROH/New Japan/CMLL on his own terms and schedule. Given how much he loves pro wrestling, that would make him very happy if he could do that. If he believes that he can wrestle, that is what he loves to do, that is what he will do, and he’s not one of those people who in any way subscribes to the idea that if it’s not WWE that it doesn’t matter. When his contract is up, and because he is working now, it’s not on hold, he will make the call whether to wrestle or not and if it is to wrestle, unless something drastically changes, it won’t be here. Whether that’s the call he will make given his concussion history is something that he himself may not even know 100 percent right now, and shouldn’t know because things can or can’t heal, and I would hope he gets full testing by whatever the most up-to-date technology is in 2018 before making that decision. His last testing wasn’t favorable but at the same time, he was rushed into that retirement speech by Vince McMahon that very well could have been premature. He has already mentally developed a new ring style that he believes will allow him to have interesting matches with lower risk

One of his bucket list goals has been to work in CMLL and build a program to do a hair vs. mask match on an anniversary show. He will be so hot on the free agent market, and probably won’t care because he’s not materialistic and there are so many factors, including the birth of his child, that will factor into all this. The one thing is that if he goes back to wrestling and it’s not in WWE, he’ll be able to largely control his own schedule and do however much he does or doesn’t want to do

I bet CMLL barely knows who he is and will book him in a hair match against Metalico on a throwaway card, third from the top, in Puebla.

Which wouldn't be nearly as awesome as this gif would lead you to believe:

He's smart enough that he honestly could develop a style that would allow him to have great matches without scrambling his brains on a nightly basis.  But I've seen no evidence that he has any interest in working anything close to a safe style.

I don't get where the "Daniel Bryan is so smart" thing comes from.  Because the ROH crew took some internet IQ test?  If he was really so smart he would be getting a degree right now, and thinking about all the terrible outcomes of traumatic brain injuries.  Then he should milk the WWE for as much money as he can before getting a real job, because he's so smart.

He obviously has restraint.  It's not like last time he was injured and came back and kept doing the same pointless head and neck bumps that originally put him on the shelf.

Oh wait, it's exactly like that.

What a maroon.

I meant smart in terms of wrestling knowledge.

There is "I'm in an industry where there's a good chance I'll do horrible damage to my body" dumb

And then there's "while I'm here, I'll go ahead and do  unnecessary shit that turns that chance into a guarantee" dumb

It's supposed to be a work.  Running headfirst into another wrestler's head or the ringpost at full speed,  because of some misguided belief that you're putting on a better match by being stiff, is just incomprehensibly stupid.  It would be like an actor in an action movie asking to get shot for real because that would somehow enhance his art.

This is not a person that a promoter, in good conscience, should allow in a ring.  But "promoter" and "conscience" should never be used in the same sentence anyway.

I think he mentioned he was going to a local university to learn something regarding the environment (forgot the major)  He's come across to me as a smart guy passionate about the environment and other related aspects.  He could easily parlay that into a decent living if he wants to.

I don't see that as a throwaway line, I'm sure not wrestling still bothers him a ton.  Now if he wanted to go around indies and do non-wrestling stuff (autograph sessions, bit parts in a story, etc.) then sure go for it.  I just don't think he'd accept doing just that.  He has no reason to want to wrestle again, he's a made man and should be focusing on stuff that matters.

There are different types of intelligence.

Plus, sometimes what you want to do overrides intelligence or awareness of negative consequences (both of which seem to be getting conflated in this discussion). I bought thirty dollars worth of Girl Scout cookies last weekend even though I am well aware of the deleterious effects of sugar on the body. But you know, fuck you, I'm eating these Savannah Smiles and then I'm going in on the Trefoils right after that.

Bryan is just like that except with head injuries and pro wrestling.

I mean, we all end up dead in the long run anyway, go out doing what you love, I guess. Even if I don't look forward to the 2026 article about Bryan pulling a Misawa in a New Japan ring and having his head pop right off his body after what seemed like a routine bump.

I do think there is another side of the hard hitting style that DB has used all of those years though and it sort of goes back to the whole Miz angle. He would never have made it anywhere near WWE working chinlocks and comedy/stalling or whatever.

This is a different argument than doing unnecessary crap like mentioned above, but still. And I do not think he should ever wrestle again because I don't think he would change his style.
