Elsalvajeloco Posted August 6, 2017 Author Share Posted August 6, 2017 I don't think Joanna fights the winner of this until the eventual winner has a few title defenses or the division kinda unfolds to reveal who is truly the best of that current crop. How in the hell are there people on the roster who were signed to the UFC months or years prior to the Reebok uniform change but don't have a UFC win in the two year span that it has been implemented? As a result, that pretty much pushes a potential Cyborg vs. Holm fight to UFC 219 because Cyborg doesn't want to share Jason Parillo doing double duty cornering Bisping. So if there is a third title fight slotted for that show, it's probably going to be Joanna vs. Rose or maybe Ferguson/Khabib for an interim LW title. They're kicking off their WMMA super atomweight tournament and they already announced RENA vs. Andy Nguyen (she beat Miyuu Yamamoto at one of the past events and she's a former KOTC champ; title which she lost some weeks ago), Miyuu Yamamoto vs. TBA and the winner of Saori Ishioka vs. Kanna Asakura at DEEP JEWELS 17 vs. TBA to round out the tournament fights announced so far for the women. Bantamweight King of Pancrase Shintaro Ishiwatari vs. TBA in the bantamweight tournament that kicked off in their last show. Dan Henderson and Kazushi Sakuraba will face each other in a grappling match. Plus the ad also has Tenshin Nasukawa, Erson Yamamoto, Shinju Nozawa Auclair and Tatsuya Kawajiri.
