Go2Sleep
I'm surprised WWE even does pre-show panels for Raw and SD. That has to be a giant money sink. Who honestly watches those? More importantly, who buys that network that otherwise wouldn't if those shows didn't exist?

Thinking about it...wouldn't Jerry have been a better fit, culturally, in WCW? This may belong in the what if- but I always wondered what if Lawler had been given Ronnie Garvin's NWA title run?
Ace
And as it turns out, Lita is out of the company entirely. Also, Linda's been nominated to run Small Business Affairs under Cheeto Mussolini.
NikoBaltimore
I thought Lita was working in the Performance Center in some capacity. Might have been an extended guest role. But I liked her. She wasn't that great but she seemed to care a lot about NXT.
Phantom Lord
For a brief moment Vince, Stephanie, Kevin Dunn were like "YES...WE'RE LEGITIMIZED...WE'RE NO LONGER SEEN AS A PRO WREST..." Every article calls her a Pro Wrestling mogul. Hahahahahaha.
Ace
Sarah (Dark Angel/Sarita) Stock replaced Sara Amato in the PC. Lita might've been a week-long guest they cycled through like they do often (Hall, Quackenbush, etc.). Lita was a road agent for a while, but apparently wasn't well liked. DTTW
What did Lita bring to the table? Last I knew her career highlights were a match with Trish, a trashy failed fashion trend, and cheating on Matt. Did I miss something?

We just need Trump to hir Russo to write his scripts and we are set! I look forward to Mike Pence smashing Trump with a steel chair and then the Democrats rushing to Trump's defense to turn him face. For months, we'll get Pence giving speeches about listening to a "higher power" and threatening to overthrow Trump. Trump will partner with the Democrats and Ivanka will mysteriously go missing. She'll be put on a cross on the White House lawn while Stephen Bannon tries to marry her only for Hillary Clinton to run on the lawn, smash everyone with chairs and save Ivanka. Pence will give a speech from the Oval Office where he promises to reveal the Higher Power during a ceremony in the Rose Garden. The day comes, the Higher Power walks out into the Rose Garden...... Spoiler "IT'S ME HILLARY!" (You thought it'd be Trump, didn't you?) Vince Russo will make a great White House staffer.

Overall, I don't feel like it's a loss. Who is the oldest wrestler still somewhat active? Bill Dundee? Isn't Jimmy Valiant older than Dundee? I know Boogie Woogie has at least 4 or 5 matches a year. Web Conn
Boogie is 74 but it's been like 30 years since he's taken a bump, I'd imagine you could wrestle forever if u don't bump.
RIPPA
The correct answer up until June was Bob Armstrong who is 76. As far as I can tell - he was the oldest who wrestled this year

Well, I guess she was the first female spot monkey in mainstream American wrestling. Other than that, I'll say she had an interesting moonsault. It was totally function over form; ugly as hell with no arc, but she got some impressive distance from it.
Matt D
If you look at all the big females that have come up of the current generation (Sasha and Bayley especially), they all cite two major influences, Eddy and Lita. I think her impact is actually huge whether she was any good or not.
Kevin Wilson
While us dudes may not be able to relate, a fair number of women/female wrestlers have said they looked up to Lita and that she was an inspiration. She was the first female wrestler (on mainstream TV) that did high spots and seemed "cool", which meant something to female fans in their teens at the time. So there was certainly more to her career than just the Matt storyline later in it.

If I was a young female wrestler, is be doing nothing but studying Molly Holly film. Safe, crisp and smart.
