My MOTY is the Backlund/Patera Texas Death Match. Close behind is Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Dynamite Kid from 2/5, which is currently inexplicably not on Youtube. It is on Dailymotion and Ditch's website, though. Also worthy of consideration is Nick Bockwinkel vs. Billy Robinson from 12/11.
