I enjoyed Matt telling Shane Helms he was looking forward to the return of Three Count, too.

Those DCC promos are a lot less creepy/intimidating now considering they have never accomplished anything and made to look like chumps the entire time.

Eddie Edwards as WC is not clicking with me.  Felt that EC3-EE match that was kind of built up to for months was nearly as entertaining as the EC3-Drake match.  Felt like a really anticlimactic way to end the year of Impact, as well.

Wow, I thought this was a pretty terrific 2 hours of wrestling TV. I thought all the matches worked, especially the Aron Rex match and O'Shea/Mandrews. Super fun stuff all around.

Is it just me or was the boom mic under the ring ridiculously loud?

So a week before this show, Mandrews went heel on DJZ, and then he's booked against the babyface authority figure's doorkeeper, so presumably this is supposed to be a punishment beating type match. But then he works as an underdog babyface and O'Shea is a Bully heel, who works unstoppable monster style and sells nothing, right up until he loses. They should have had this match happen last week, and then Mandrews could have been upset at even being put in a match with a heavyweight when no-one else in the X Division has to, and used that to justify his heel turn.
