Kang Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 (edited) The IWA Triple Crown Unified Championship The IWA World Heavyweight Championship, AWF World Women's Championship, IWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship were unified into the IWA Triple Crown Unified Championship in 2013. So all previous separate belts title histories and records stopped and ended for good and started over for new unified record and history. Rare case of unifying Men's and Women's titles into one title. And the new championship is openweight and for both genders. The belts were given back to IWA-Japan in 2017 and deactivated. Only unified in the sense of that one combined defense for both is needed and any Junior who wins get both together if he wins them. The World Junior Heavyweight Championship shares the same lineage to the deactivated NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship. And once shared similar title history.
