My predictions:

Big step backward for a couple of the young QBs from last year- Kaepernick and RG3.  I think both of their success was a product of their system and a full offseason for defenses is going to work against them.  On RG3, I just don't think they're going to let him run very much and that o-line is not very good when protecting a pocket QB.I think Russel Wilson has another solid year and Andrew Luck has a solid year since they improved their team as a whole.  Luck should get more time to throw this year.

Division Winners:

AFC East - Miami

AFC West - Denver

AFC North - Cinci

AFC South - Indy

AFC Wild Cards - New England, Houston

NFC East - New York

NFC West - Seattle

NFC North - Green Bay

NFC South - Atlanta

NFC Wild Cards - San Francisco, Dallas

MVP: Peyton Manning

Super Bowl: Denver over Seattle.

NFC North: The Pack

NFC South: Atlanta

NFC West: 49ers

NFC Wild Card: Saints and Rams

AFC East: Pats

AFC North: Cleveland. Yeah.

AND South: Colts

AFC West: Broncos

DPOTY: Geno Atkins

OROTY: Zac Stacy

DROTY: Mingo

Most Improved: Chiefs and Browns.

Biggest fall: Ravens and the Seahawks

Super Bowl: The Bengals, led by a monster playoffs from AJ Green, stun the world, beating the Pack in the Super Bowl.

If you are going to be wrong, don't be afraid to be very wrong.

I'm going to regret every word of this.

Division Winners

AFC East   New England

AFC West  Denver

AFC North Pittsburgh

AFC South Indianapolis

Wildcards Cincinnati and San Diego. Jesus I can't even name 6 really good teams in the AFC. Baltimore are better than San Diego but I don't see how 3 teams from one division can make it and I don't think there's any guarantee that Baltimore are top 2 in that division this year.

NFC East  Washington

NFC West  Seattle

NFC North  Green Bay

NFC South New Orleans

Wildcards Atlanta and Minnesota

MVP

Offensive Player of the Year Drew Brees

Defensive Player of the Year JJ Watt, though the Houson offense is going to help win it by not performing this year.

Offensive Rookie of the Year  no answer

Defensive Rookie of the Year no answer

Coach of the Year Chuck Pagano

Biggest Turn Around (loser-to-winner) Kansas City

Biggest Turn Around (winner-to-loser) Houston

Best Record Denver

Worst Record Jacksonville and Oakland each win 2 games.

Super Bowl New England over New Orleans

AFC South: Houston

AFC West: Denver

Wild Cards: Miami and Baltimore

NFC East: NY Giants

NFC North: Green Bay

MVP, Offensive Player of the Year: Peyton Manning

Biggest Turnaround Losses to Wins: Kansas City

Biggest Turnaround Wins to Losses: Atlanta

Super Bowl: Denver over Seattle (Had Cincinnati here, but I think Welker adds another dimension to that offense and defense looked good without Bailey and Miller and they should be back in the playoffs).
