Jaromir Jagr continues his Terry Funk perpetual retirement tour by joining New Jersey now. I'm also saddened that Lucic is on the shortlist invited to the team Canada camp and Taylor Hall isn't.

Well, I think Hall is certainly the better player, I can argue the Canadians can use grit against the Americans.

The defense seems like the real interesting part in terms of debates. A couple guys are pretty obvious, but at least half the spots seem pretty wide open.

Dan Hamhuis? I was surprised he was invited to team Canada's summer camp, even more so when people started penciling him into the final roster. He's not the most well known guy, plays an under the radar type of game, he's fairly limited offensively, and he didn't have a very good last season.
