Sounds like he might be in NXT for a while, which I think is great, because there are a ton of intriguing matches for him there beyond Sami. But on the other side, leaving NJPW right now to go freelance makes it virtually a lock that if he's healthy by July, he's in the Global Cruiserweight Series (and gets an opening to enter WWE as well)- so it may be the perfect time to leave NJPW after they probably won't free any juniors to work in that series.
