Anyone giving Mendes a shot against Frankie? He hasn't lost a fight in the UFC that wasn't for a belt. There is the possibility he could touch Frankie on the chin if he stays upright.

I am with Chad's wins by KO/TKO. Maynard came close to stopping Frankie in the first round of their second and third fights but Edgar recovers quickly. Amazing how Frankie survived the second fight's first round like he did. Still going with Edgar by decision.

I would say due to his knockout power and skill set alone, he has more than a puncher's chance.  Mendes is also the only fighter I remember figuring out a way to actually successfully counter and deal with Jose Aldo's legkicks.  Something Edgar couldn't do.

I was thinking an England vs Ireland TUF finale would be a good spectacle. But now Saul is out due to a visa/legal issue (can't enter the USA) and Ryan Hall is in... and that's a very different fight. Seems easier for Lobov, because Hall's a fantastic submission guy with little stand-up and not very good takedowns. Not a great style match-up against a KO striker.

Another thing is....Ryan Hall has been training at SBG and only finished his camp at Tristar. Unless he knows Lobov has serious ground weaknesses and knows how to exploit them, this won't end very well for him.

Five clean head shots on the ground after that hook. Ref was a bit too far away - got to stay closer to those little mother fuckers but then you'll get caught up when they circle. Must be a nightmare to officiate top notch lighter weight fights.

Could pull a Cecil Peoples by running from across the cage, trip over, and fall on the KO'd fighter.

Mike Pierce has another head growing out of his head.
