NOVEMBER 2015 ANIMATED GIF THREAD

"Nobody has ever held the IC and World titles at the same time."

I like Owens' gimmick of "dirty heel who says shit that is clearly false but fuck you I'm a heel."

To be fair, it's been 25 years.

Depends, if you count the title unfication match between Triple H and Kane at No Mercy 2002.

Since the IC title was unified with the world title and retired as it's own belt, it probably doesn't count.

Here's the Sister Abigail GIF's to go with the descriptions in my last post.

Jesus.  And we wonder why Bryan's brain is goo.

Danielson's had problems with concussions since way before even became a bigger indy name. He had to have gotten concussed a bunch of times in the early 2000s alone since he worked a lot more brutal style than he did when he started incorporating all the British and Japanese striking stuff. He got kicked in the head a lot let's just say.

I forgot all about that match. You wouldn't see that in NJPW now, no blading.

That show was all over the map in terms of booking, that era got really weird at times.

I'm counting Ultimate Warrior at Mania 6, since he technically held both for a little while.

I did forget about HHH-Kane in '02, but that was clearly them going through and retiring all the singles titles, and not actually unifying the belts.

And Warrior did leave WM6 as both World and IC champion; it was post-WM that Tunney stripped him of the IC title.

I forgot all about that match too, and I was there.  Weird, weird, weird.  I don't know why I wouldn't remember that blood bath.

I remember it being Tunney making him choose on a SNME or Prime Time Wrestling?

I mean, it was obvious which he'd pick, but I remember him putting down the IC belt and holding the World title to a huge pop.
