Nice Guy Eddie
I feel like there's some place in the world where chilled dolphin penis is a thing gotta be Japan
Ryan
Dave Roberts is now YOUR LA Dodgers manager.
The Man Known as Dan
That's fine and all, but what does it have to do with the Dolphin penis?
Ryan
He's half-Japanese if that fits the theme.
grilledcheese
Lots of current Dodgers and a pretty decent chunk of Roberts former teammates seem to think that this is a mighty good hire. I am pretty shocked that it didn't end up being Gabe Kapler, but I am quite happy to see Roberts back in Dodger blue. I will never forget the catch he made in Houston up on that stupid hill to keep Gagne's consecutive save streak going. Nothing outrageous, just tracked the ball all the way to the wall and made it look easy.
odessasteps
Rumors from a number of sources say: Chicago may not be interested in Price at the steep expected prime Price allegedly said all things being equal, hed like to return to Toronto. Boston will go "all in" to sign Price
RIPPA
White Sox sign Alex Avila As trade for Jed Lowrie
grilledcheese
I guess Correa's coming out party made them realize that Lowrie was an expendable piece. I assume this means that the Marcus Semien experiment is over, 35 E's does not a top tier SS make. Semien has got a pretty good stick with some sock, but you can't commit more errors than every other team in the AL all by yourself and expect to keep that gig. BrianS81177
Mariners and Marlins are supposedly discussing a deal for Marcell Ozuna. Word is the Marlins want Taijuan Walker in return (much like every team that the Mariners try to trade with I'm sure).
Joe Lucia
3/36 for JA "Dont Call Me J-A" Happ from...the Blue Jays? A rotation of Stroman-Estrada-Dickey-Happ-whomever (Hutch, I assume) isn't exactly lights out, but will it be enough?

Ryan
Semien should just change his last name to the obvious and join a queercore music group somewhere. It may work out better than his short stop skills.
Jiji
There was a headline on TSN today saying the Red Sox are willing to go $30-40 million above the next best bid for Price. Good luck with that. That Jays rotation still needs a top of the rotation guy if they're going to make a serious run at the playoffs and championship. That or they need to get the best bullpen in baseball.
Joe Lucia
I forgot that the Jays also pulled in Jesse Chavez this winter. Quantity over quality? Could make for an interesting piggyback experiment, also confining Sanchez, Osuna to the pen.
Infinit
Rogers has boatloads of cash. And considering how well he pitches against us, its so important to keep him away from another AL East team.

Ryan
About 3/4ths of it is probably going towards equipment you shouldn't be required to pay for as well as a ton of stations you don't ever watch. Some of them get huge chunks. ESPN for example.

Ryan
Does Rogers have a huge stake in the Canadian mobile market too? Or is that some thing through their cable junk as well.
elizium
They're one of the big cell service providers, yeah. Rogers has their hands in everything, any attempt to try and portray the Jays as a mid-size market team is laughable, even with the lousy Canadian dollar.
