Since there is likely a sponsorship and contract involved, they don't want to mess with it. Also, Breeze mentioned on his Twitch that he now has a PWT shirt for sale. My guess is that Breeze is allowed to be on the channel as long as he isn't wrestling (but can't be called Breeze) Duke it has been established is a UUDD employee (like the production crew, etc..) He does appear to be making some profit on twitch, when they do these Royal Rumble tournaments and people pay an entry fee to play and he/they keep a certain percentage off the top.
