I'll try to explain some of those huge jumps and drops.

 

Super Ape had neither Elysium nor Planes on either of his lists.  So those movies don't affect him, and he gets 0 points for the week, while most other people gained a whole bunch of points.  Similar deal with SorceressKnight, who left Elysium and Planes off his box office list and Planes off his RT list.

 

Ligerbusa had Planes 4th on his box office list, Elysium 2nd on his RT list and Planes 7th on his RT list.  All of those were significantly too high.

 

Same thing with JRGoldman, who had Planes 5th on his box office list, Elysium 6th on his box office list, Elysium 2nd on his RT list and Planes 7th on his RT list.  All too high.
