This is why my org was smart enough to set up an Unclassified kiosk in our SCIF so that we can do that dumb training on shift and hit the internet to amuse ourselves during overnights like this. All above board and within regs as long as we don't go nuts and pull a Hillary Clinton and start using our personal e-mail accounts to communicate with the field. But the website would not work so we had to do it on our phones. I dont know why people still surf the net on their laptops when most everyone has a smartphone probably more powerful than our 5-10 year old laptops.
