Reed
I am dubious about Henry Cavill's drawing ability outside of comic book films, quite frankly.

RIPPA
BTW - I can't remember the official policy If a movie's release date gets changed before the contest starts - ie: before Avengers on Friday - and it leaves the summer (following the Adjustment Bureau policy) - would you replace it with another summer movie or just go with 19? Since in theory - folks could still edit their lists before the contest started, they could edit the movie off their list if they wanted. I am not thinking it is going to happen - just wonder what the plan would be.
J.T.
I will try to put a list together before next Friday. I am trying to get moved out of my apartment by next Tuesday and the fucking weather is not cooperating.
Death From Above
I didn't even rank four of the first five films looking it over again, so I look forward to leading going through about 5 updates and people freaking out before I inevitably collapse. Of the stuff I didn't rank I'm actually pretty interested in Tomorrowland, I just feel like I have no idea how it will actually do.

At least the top spot on the box office list is easy this year. Sigh. This year is pretty tough though. Lots of movies I've only vaguely paid attention to this summer. I don't think we're going to get a lot of 90 percent and above RT ratings this summer, but I've been wrong before. Not sure about this Cameron Crowe movie. If a movie got moved before Avengers 2 opened, then yeah, I would probably replace it with something else.

The Z
Man, this really is a lot tougher than last year. Usually you can use the other movies in the same series as a measuring stick, but I don't think that works this year with films like Terminator, Mad Max and Jurassic Park, because the last films in those series were so long ago. I'm gonna submit this for now, but I might have to edit before thursday. Box Office: 1. Avengers: Age of Ultron2. Minions3. Inside Out4. Tomorrowland5. Terminator: Genisys6. _MJ_
What SocressKnight said. Yeah, I'm actually not sure if Age of Ultron is going to make as much as the first, but I think the "superhero fatigue" factor is more likely to effect the smaller superhero flicks like Ant-Man & Fantastic Four first. I think Age of Ultron's biggest competition this weekend is actually Mayweather Vs. Paciquao. That fight will legitimately take away some people from the theater on Saturday. 1. Oh I completely agree that on paper it is. But it's getting pretty "meh" reviews and I know, personally, quite a few people who were stoked for the first one that are in the "meh" camp this time around. I don't think it's in danger of flopping or anything ridiculous like that, but I also don't understand the certainty that it's #1. If JW reviews well, it's a legit contender. Inside Out and Minions, too. Tl;dr: it's the leader but I don't think it's the slam dunk the first one was.
