Everyone knows that the sun helps with back spasms!

That picture should be the Kermit tea meme for MMA.

Apparently, Joanne Calderwood's personal life got in the way of her (lack of) effort on the Krakow card. She didn't exactly look like she wanted to be there in the first place. The rumor is she broke up with her fiance (James Doolan IIRC) who trains her and went to train in Sweden for the Moroz fight.

That's tough to deal with, but MMA ain't exactly a career where you wanna wear your heart on your sleeves.

I didn't see the fight and I know she's struggling personally, but this is the second time she's been subbed in a fight, so she might want to work on her grappling.

And it sucks to here this about Jojo. I hope she can get through this and grow as an individual and as a professional.

This is the fight basically: Moroz punches her in the face hard a couple times and Joanne looks a bit bewildered. Then, Joanne comes back with a few kicks. Moroz punches her in the face again and rocks her. It goes all downhill for Calderwood from there.

Yeah, I know you're not being serious, but considering we have no idea what happened at all and if that is even the case, we should stay away from it.
