The Nature Boy
If Cena can manage to father children despite all the pharmaceuticals swimming around in his system, he really is Super Cena. Hogan managed to have kids in the late 80s. That was truly a miracle of science.
Dolfan in NYC
We honestly need Cena and Bryan to knock up their Bella Twin so that in 20 years we could get John Cena Jr. and Daniel Bryan Jr. in a cousin tag team. Of course, WWE would probably just break them up in like 3 months, turn Cena's kid into the Shawn Michaels of the team while Bryan's kid gets stuck as the Marty Jannetty. It's surreal that we live in a world where John Cena and Daniel Bryan's kids may actually be related. The angle would culminate in a shocking twist that John Jr. was actually fathered by Bryan and vice versa. It's so perfect he's wearing a Latrell Spreewell jersey
AquariumDrinker
Is "Sting coming after HHH to avenge WCW" too heady for the WWE crowd? Cause I would be into that.
steve
Not so much heady, more 12-13 years too late for very many people to care about (or even remember) WCW.

nate
Film Threat used to do this thing called the "Frigid 50" for Hollywood. I'd love to see one for pro wres.
Brysynner
Has anyone's career arc been effected by the fans as much as Daniel Bryan's in the past 14 months or so? I can't think of any instance of the fans pushing so hard for someone that they changed booking plans two years in a row
RandomAct
Honestly, I don't see a dang thing getting changed this year.
Fallacy!
When was it recognized publicly in kayfabe that Vince McMahon was owner of the WWF? Like all throughout the 90s when he was announcing Raw and PPV's, was it known then? Or did it not come out till the Austin feud? I've been watching since 89 and I honestly can't recall. Technico Support
I've been watching since around Wrestlemania 1 and I'm pretty sure (as sure as an older dude can be about anything today) it wasn't mentioned on WWF TV until the Attitude Era. I know it was alluded to many times before, but the earliest I remember anyone stating it outright was 1996, when Jim Ross did his "I have no loyalty to the WWF" promo and brought out the new Razor Ramon and Diesel.
Josh Mann
JR's heel promo was the first salvo, but it didn't REALLY become a thing until the triple shot of Austin's stunner at MSG, DX and Montreal in late 97.
Dewar
In the Bret Hart video posted around here lately, didn't he point it out then that McMahon was in charge?
offspring515
In a video clip on a very early episode of Raw Vince/WWE is being given an award from some charitable organization and his lower third read something like "Vince McMahon, President of Titan Sports". So not explicitly stated as owner of the company but at least recognition that he was more than just the announcer.
jayhawk_in_cny
I don't recall it being mentioned on WWF TV until around the time of the MSG Stunner, but I first heard it on, of all things, an episode of the tabloid TV show "Hard Copy". I was a preteen (10-11, not sure which depending on the exact date of the episode), but they mentioned him as the "WWF Owner" while discussing the steroid controversy that eventually led to the trial. It was a surprise to be sure, obviously I knew that it was, as we say now, a "work", but I truly did not know that he owned the company.
Web Conn
Wasnt during the summer of 97 with all the Bret Hart/DX stuff that they started mentioning McMahon as the chairmen.

The Nature Boy
Isn't it sad that Vince and Jesse are better here than any RAW commentary team combo since Ross and Lawler?

Niners Fan in CT
Vince and Jesse were explaining the rules, why the match was important and who was smart in their approach to the match, who was dumb.. the logic behind why whoever was doing what they were doing... Yeah... why the fuck would we want that every week?
The Nature Boy
It's even weirder that Vince seemingly recognizes the need for this but has yet to actually force his announce team to do it.
