J.T.
I saw Diablo in the title bar of the Youtube clip and thought to myself that I would much rather see a Diablo move than a World of Warcraft movie. I was about to send a thank you e-mail to Blizzard and then saw that Diablo is a fucking Western. Damn.

Raziel
So if I say that given that cast, I have no hope that it'll be watchable, I'm a sexist monster, right?
Craig H
So if I say that given that cast, I have no hope that it'll be watchable, I'm a sexist monster, right? Well, I mean, it's a fucking picture of them in costume, so you could say that about a ton of things that turned out to be successful. Hell, even with trailers, the movie turns about to be way better than the preview. The trailer for Spy comes to mind. Those previews looked like shit and the movie was pretty damn funny. What we do know is that 1) Paul Feig is pretty damn good and gets a ton out of his casts and 2) Each of these women is funny as hell. For as much shit she gets on this board, Kristin Wiig is funny and likable. Melissa McCarthy is probably going to play the same character she always plays which either works or it doesn't depending on the script. Leslie Jones is hilarious, as is Kate McKinnon. I just don't know how you, or anyone else, can look at a picture of all things and say that the movie is not going to be good.
Raziel
Because I can't stand anyone in that cast that's not Leslie Jones? And remakes tend to suck by definition.

Oh the flip side - I don't get all the people who see one picture and get all THIS IS THE GREATEST MOVIE EVER~! Which I have seen plenty of today in regards to that picture. That's totally valid as well, but I haven't seen anyone go crazy over the picture. I'm pretty wary of it holding up to being a Ghostbusters movie, but really even Ghostbusters 2 wasn't a good Ghostbusters movie.
AxB
Didn't they originally announce they wanted Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence for this?
Niners Fan in CT
Jennifer Lawrence tends to mail in her blockbuster roles so I would not have been sold on that.
Brian Fowler
I'm not sure I agree she mails them in. The last two Hunger Games films were from a weak book needlessly split in two, and she had relatively little to work with, and even then, she was fine. Not great, but fine. I thought she was pretty good in DoFP. Again, not stunning and great, but pretty good. I think it's much more the scripts just don't give her enough to dig into as an actress. Cliff Hanger
I don't like the stripes. That has no bearing on whether or not I'll like the movie, and I understand that they're there to make the uniforms more in line with contemporary firefighters etc who use reflective stripes, but I don't like them. Death From Above
I like it. Not thrilled with the ship getting destroyed for the 3,000th time, but that's outweighed by the fact that they, at least for the moment, seem to be selling me a sci-fi movie in 2015 that isn't about REVENGE or some threat of the Earth's destruction. Based on this 90 seconds, it looks like they're going for a smaller, more crew-focused story, and honestly, those always tended to be the best movies. Someone pointed out they actually haven't blown up the ship since 1994. The trailer looks like more of the same. Terrible song choice hurts it a lot though. AxB
Well that looks surprisingly awesome. Although the actual Eddie the Eagle Edwards wasn't exactly a non-athlete... he's done a few of those celebrity talent contests that pretend to be reality TV shows over here, and if it's anything requiring any athleticism, he blows everyone else away. Even if they're like 30 years younger than him.
