He literally committed two different fouls in three different ways on that play.Yeah, I don't know how anybody could look at that play and NOT think it was a blatant penalty. After the ball has hit Hitchens, then Pettigrew's hand catches the side of the facemask but doesn't grab on. It's just a really opportunistic screen grab that didn't even occur at the right time to negate the foul.
