Fat Spanish Waiter
RATM & Cypress Hill performing How I Could Just Kill A Man at what I think is Coachella 2011 Uploaded: Jan 12, 2010. So now I have no idea either, probably pre-breakup?
J.T.
Post-breakup and reformation, I believe. They started doing Coachella regularly after 2007 when Audioslave disbanded. I think their current status is listed as "on hiatus" and they haven't shown any inclination to get back into the studio to record new materiel. The performance above is at Coachella 2007, so I am told by our commo guy downstairs in the main server room.

Yeah, between that and the chorus of Come As You Are, you can't listen to Nirvana the same way that you used to.

Super Ape
I dunno if this counts as a live performance, as it's from the BBC Sessions, but fuck it; it's Hendrix, it's Drivin' South, it's awesome. http://youtu.be/MUMLlQByiRM

Lazlo Woodbine
"Most likely the finest moment in all of TOTP history." - Says the uploader, I find it hard to disagree. Jarvis Cocker wrote this too, from the same year, with the mighty Phil Oakey on vocals. Skip to 4:20 for the better version.
