Casey Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 The stipulation is actually everyone but Cena gets fired if his team doesn't win.
Brysynner Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 I'm assuming the finish involves Cena not interefering in a pin or submission causing one of his team to lose the fall. The team then walks out on Cena realizing he won't save their jobs and then it becomes a 5 on 1 massacre. Also if they go a traditional elimination route, Harper or Rusev are my picks to eliminate Cena
MGFanJay Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 The HHH opening promo was just fascinating stuff. His on-air character, which is some kind of reflection of himself, is basically Al Bundy. The Attitude Era is his Polk High, and him staying in WWE while "everyone else left" is his version of Gary's Shoes. The rest of the show wasn't much, but I liked Rowan getting a new finisher and Harper being annoyed, but not angry at his former partner. The main event storyline is just bizarre with HHH being all over it, calling it the biggest match ever and such, but NOT WRESTLING IN IT. Between that and Cena not even trying to save his team on either Raw or here, it makes the central figures in this seem disconnected from things. Moreover, they've done a lot of theoretical damage to Ryback over the past week and they absolutely cannot afford to fuck him up again. They really lucked out with him getting over again out of nowhere and he shouldn't be eating a Pedigree unless the PPV literally ends with him Shellshocking HHH out of the company. http://jayreviewsthings.blogspot.com/2014/11/wwe-smackdown-11-21-14.html Screens - http://www.imagebam.com/gallery/5kpo110880lem9xg9ce7liohgen7gyal 1

Steph is already on the path down to Peggy with the ridiculous heels she wears sometimes. Just needs some stretch pants and leopard print shirts. 1
MGFanJay Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 They could've had Buck the Dog on to counter Grumpy the Cat on Raw! 1

Spritenaut 32 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Cesaro's burial continues. But looks okay. Is it really possible to bury Cesaro more at this point? Honestly, when he came out on RAW, my first thought was "why would Team Cena want him? Are they really that hard up for members?" My second thought was "do they really expect us to believe Cesaro is the big surprise?" Good thing they didn't drag the bit out. My third thought would probably have been "I wonder what else is on?" I'm a big fan of Cesaro/Claudio and like the Cesaro character. It fits him well. But booking seems determined to make sure no one sees him as anything except a good base when you need to send two guys out to eat up some time.
Jiji Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 It may change when/if they decide to push him, much like Ziggler. WWE doesn't expect their fanbase to remember what happened 10 minutes ago much less a few weeks ago. 1
mattdangerously Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Is it really possible to bury Cesaro more at this point? He's on Raw and Smackdown every week, gets booked for almost all of the pay-per-views, and occasionally gets to work long matches against Cena. So yeah, it would be very possible to bury him deeper.
DreamBroken Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Really liked the intro video set to the Survivor Series theme "Revolution". Good job making the main event feel like the huge deal that it's hyped to be as I always love a solid music video in my wrestling. Enjoyed the show-closing brawl with everyone hitting their spots one after the other. The last few weeks has felt like HHH/Ryback could be happening in the future. Looking forward to the Survivor Series main event at least, should be excellent in the ring.
cwoy2j Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 They could've had Buck the Dog on to counter Grumpy the Cat on Raw! I want a sketch with Zack Ryder and Seven. Both of them are forgotten children. 1

Casey Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 If I still had a punk band going I would name a song "Triple H Get Off Of My TV" In the true vein of punk... very original.
