MGFanJay Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 THIS SHOW WAS FUCKING UNBEARABLE until Foley saved it in the third hour by finally being able to put the Shield guys over. Granted, he couldn't do it in the ring, but he brought whatever A game he's got left to make these guys seem like the future of the company. Santa getup hurt it though - WWE's paying him and should've prevented that from making air even if it did allow Vince to get his jollies by having JBL bury him for it. Main event wasn't much until the finishing sequence - LOLed at Orton cursing due to the table and landing a nice RKO after the rebound lariat. The post-match curb stomp to Orton gave away the main event finishes, and rendered the whole show effectively meaningless in the process, but it should be a fun show. http://jayreviewsthings.blogspot.com/2014/10/raw-10-30-14.html Screens - http://www.imagebam.com/gallery/q1ubkiu65nwqes57djhii45vpabsklxa
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Only Randy Orton could manage to impale himself on the leg of an upside down table when trying to catch someone going over the ropes right on camera and on mic.
Overly Critical Man Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Orton almost got impaled by that table leg. At least he just yelled "FUCK!" instead of getting someone fired.
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I just can't believe they burned up on of the contracted t.v. appearances for Orton's pants this soon before Mania. 3
ebbie Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Who has worst luck with tables: Orton or Spike Dudley?
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Orton almost got impaled by that table leg. At least he just yelled "FUCK!" instead of getting someone fired. Heh heh heh...Ha ha ha...HAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAA HAAAA HAAAAA!!!!* * tm Botchamania 5
Zheroen Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Big Show in the Hacksaw Jim Duggan role is unbelievably tedious.
JCM Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I thought it was a fun show. Yeah there were some missteps here and there, but at least they were trying. Rollins is the man right now he's going to go HBK 97 in the cell. 1
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Big Show in the Hacksaw Jim Duggan role is unbelievably tedious. "Disrespect...an American Soldier an American Indy Worker dressed up in a soldier outfit that doesn't even fit him to get heat on a match and make me some $$$$.... EVER!!!!" 1
Patrick B. Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 My legit reaction to one result: "HOLY FUCK, SANDOW PINS SHEAMUS." 2
Overly Critical Man Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 That bump Rollins took off the dropkick into the cell wall was some Matrix Revolutions shit.
NintendoLogic Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 The Authority's attempts to heel on Kansas City tonight were pretty pathetic. If they really wanted to get heat, they should've said that after Hell in a Cell, Dean Ambrose's career will be deader than Derrick Thomas.
Nice Guy Eddie Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I thought it was a fun show. Yeah there were some missteps here and there, but at least they were trying. Rollins is the man right now he's going to go HBK 97 in the cell.I don't think he'll allowed to bleed buckets like Michaels did. This feud could really use some blood. Maybe it's just me, but nothing in this feud feels hate filled to me. I love both Ambrose and Rollins work, their indy work and their WWE runs, but this feud hasn't really done it for me.This show felt like every other episode of Raw. They all blend together from one week to the next. HHH is the king of promos that say nothing. Another match involving Cena, Rollins, Orton, Ambrose, and Kane. The Usos against the Dust Brothers. Yada Yada Yada. It's time for Seinfeld.
Dolfan in NYC Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 My legit reaction to one result: "HOLY FUCK, SANDOW PINS SHEAMUS." Sandow White Female. The rest of this show can go fuck itself.
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I liked Cena/Ambrose backstage. I like the idea that Dean watching recorded video is such a rare treat to Dean that he was actually egrossed in Kane's movie. THERE WAS A TRAIN COMIGN RIGHT AT ME!!!! HAVE YOU SEEN THIS TECH, JOHN!!!! IT'S SNOWING IN THT BOX BUT ITS" NOT SNOWING OUT HERE!!!! WHAT THE FUCK< JOHM????? 3
MGFanJay Posted October 21, 2014 Author Posted October 21, 2014 Big Show in the Hacksaw Jim Duggan role is unbelievably tedious. So what you're saying is YOU HATE AMERICA!?
piranesi Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Every year at HiaC time, Foley becomes this guy from BETTER OFF DEAD:"Smitty, you're all mangled! Did you get hit by a truck?""No, I tried to ski the Hell in a Cell. After the Olympics, everything looked so damn easy."Weird fact. That's Rick Rosenthal, director of HALLOWEEN 2! 4
_MJ_ Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 Is "Bitches Be Crazy" the default WWE gimmick for most of the women now? Something tells there aren't a lot ladies on the WWE creative/writing staff. Every time Kane comes out I keep waiting for the "The Wonder of the World is gone!" lyric to drop and it never does now. It never does, and it makes me sad. For a second or two, I legit thought Ambrose was watching blurred porn during his segment with Cena. 1
Curt McGirt Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I got a good laugh out of Miz wigging out and saying "I WON!" I also thought the Rusev match and BS afterwards was fine until Big Show started crying on camera again, the crowd wasn't bad, and for some reason I really liked the Cesaro match. The combination of Ziggler bumping, Cesaro going all Regal on the opening matwork, and the sudden finish was great. And Foley knocked it out of the park... goddamn is he a balloon these days though, with the beard not helping. And they were nice to talk up Ox Baker.

Rev Ray Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 This week's photoshop contest should be what Dean Ambrose was actually watching. I vote for 9 to 5. 2
