ebbie
I love how Mero always managed to look like he just walked off set after banging some ugly broad in a 70's porno. Like he is 80 yrs young and stopped aging whenever Debbie Does Dallas came out.

Curt McGirt
"AND IGOR!" Â What I wouldn't give to see the Crippler and Robinson go broadway. Superstar and the Cowboy too, just to watch Graham beg off from the stiffness.
cool arrow
Looking at the results from that show, apparently Graham-Watts didn't happen. Â http://wrestlingdata.com/index.php?befehl=shows&show=74487

Curt McGirt
HA! I can see Verne turning away after the bitch-fest by Superstar to Andre mumbling "what a pussy"; then Andre loudly saying "you pay me three times now, right boss?" with his huge grin. Verne walks away, fuming, to go brow-beat one of the jobbers as release.

I actually just now got the NKOTB connection - the tape itself definitely doesn't try to get them over as boy band types. Pillman's a clear heel, while Johnny B has no promo time, and Pillman tells everyone to kiss his ass.

El Ken Erico
re:payoffs Isn't it ironic that cheap promoters were among the reasons the territories died? The low payoffs made it so much easier for Vince to lure them all away.

you're sorta off on the timeline Scorpio came in in late 92 Mero & Bagwell came in sometime in 91 so not that far ahead of him Pillman had been there a while though as showed up in
