Brian Fowler
I know it would have been way more work, and I certainly wasn't volunteering to do it, but I'm more convinced than ever that a ballot would have gotten much better results. That's at least three straight rounds where GOTG (which again, I really really liked) beat a movie that is better than it in every conceivable way except "has Rocket and Groot." EVA
And now let us never speak of this again. It wouldn't be a DVDVR tournament if this sentiment wasn't expressed afterwards. So...same time next year?

I think ballot or tournament are all determined by number of votes and 30-ish really is a small sample size to draw a real conclusion. I think a ballot would have just generated the usual suspects at the top, except maybe for the prestige-non hero pictures, which would have been middle of the pack.
