The Comedian
Return To Oz is pretty great in its own way though...
Reed
In fairness, even as a kid I was into to macabre, Tim Burton-esque stuff and didn't like schmaltzy things like E.T. or Wizard of Oz, which is pretty much what that descends into by the end. I'm not saying Return to Oz is more well-known or famous than Wizard of Oz, it just happens to appeal to more to my tastes more. And it's actually more truer to the books. I do dislike this thing where certain movies just get to a point in culture where they're beyond criticism. OK, so it gets played every Christmas, that doesn't mean the ending isn't stupid and tacked on.
nate
Belushi made me laugh, but Farley didn't. Belushi and Farley both make me laugh. Jon Stewart doesn't. He's pretty much the poster boy for the smugness I hate about 21st century humor. I started turning off "Daily Show" when every episode would see Stewart break out that "WHAAA?" punchline. "Well, I can seem that your stance on ISIS has some- WHAAAAA?"
TheVileOne
I'm not a huge fan of Dumb and Dumber or Dumb and Dumber To and that pisses some Dumb and Dumber fans off. I don't even dislike all the Farrellys films, Dumb and Dumber is simply one of their films I like the least.
