Wikipedia says his debut was on a July 1999 episode (forget the exact date, just watched it though) and he's nowhere on the show. I thought maybe he'd come out for the Droz/Albert versus Venis/Godfather street fight tag match, but nope, nothing. Your memory is correct. He was wearing wedding shoes because he couldn't find any other white shoes. That lead to him losing his balance on the top rope. Maybe it was someone else though.
