A real building, albeit a very odd one. I'm not sure where exactly other than "somewhere in the former Yugoslavia".

 

Someday when I run Tyrell Corporation I intend to live in such a structure.

I've seen that picture before and there is a decent story around it (can't remember what it's a monument for).  It's a fantastic picture, though, so thanks for posting it.

Pretty amazing. There's a graveyard in the picture and you can zoom in so far that you can read the inscriptions (if you can read the Japanese script)
