Kuetsar Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 My guess is Ty Corbin(played out his contract), will be next. . .
Zimbra Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Gotta figure once the sale is final Larry Drew (and John Hammond. And everyone else) will be gone from the Bucks.
AlfredoE Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Ty Corbin gone...Spurs assistant Jim Boylen mentioned as a candidate for Jazz. Jerry Sloan's name has popped up too.
RandomAct Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Corbin got a raw deal. I always thought he was a decent coach. Kinda crazy that the league is being taken over by Carlisle and Popp asisstants though. Definitely explains why so many teams have improved.

RandomAct Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 They can't all be winners. Some people are born to assist. #statefarm 1

Couldn't win with Jefferson and Milsap, or develop the kids, or even tank properly. They should have fired him out of a cannon. . . 1
Josh Mann Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 ESPN is running with the NYDN's story that Phil and Little Jimmy are already butting heads. Melo might as well start house-shopping in Lake Forest right now. 1

Melo might as well start house-shopping in Lake Forest right now. Given the size contract, and how desperately the Knicks went after him, Phil ought to be telling Jimmay to go fuck himself on a daily basis. . .
AlfredoE Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 This will make a fun book in 3-4 years when Phil tells all about dealing with James Dolan.
RandomAct Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Dragic wins Most Improved. Definitely ok with that
DougN Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Lance Stephenson as #2 was definitely not what I expected. Deserved though.
jaedmc Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I want to know what click bait writer gave Lebron a second place vote for most improved.
Kuetsar Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I want to know what click bait writer gave Lebron a second place vote for most improved. If we see a really stupid second place for MVP, we'll know the reason for the vote. Otherwise we need to cut off the beer to the writers room. . .
Brian Fowler Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Didn't I read somewhere that they are doing full transparency on the awards voting this year?
Burgundy LaRue Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Usually, whoever gives a strange vote will often reveal themselves, anyway. I want to hear the rationale behind "LeBron really took his game to a new level!"

AlfredoE Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 So, did Kevin Durant get a vote for MIP given he was Michael Smith's first choice for MVP and he sent the wrong ballot? Also, not shocked it was Michael Smith.
Kuetsar Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Yes. Durant, Lebron, Blake. The hilarity still to come will be if Lebron wins by a vote or something. . .
muhammedboehm Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Ok so I totally thought that was the Michael Smith of ESPN and was going to laugh so hard but its not
AlfredoE Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 This Michael Smith is known for saying stupid shit during Clippers games.
