Dexter: The Final Season

My favourite theory I've read so far is that there is a condition called "Dextrocardia" where a person is born with their heart on the right side meaning the bullet Harrison fired would've missed Dexter's misplaced heart... Dexter also pointed at his chest and said "right here" or similar. Dexter jumped the shark years ago so I don't really mind if they get weird with the resurrection aspect.
