hammerva Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Except for the Brown fumble, Washington's offense has not been the issue in this game. Depending on the score of this game, I wonder if Quinn is going to regret kicking that FG on the first drive instead of going for that 3rd 4th down
BloodyChamp Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) So who else had Kellen Moore making the SB between him, Rodgers and McCarthy since they all 3 split to 1 team. Edited January 26 by BloodyChamp
hammerva Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) Washington had them scared and another turnover At this point Luvu is just fucking with people. If they keep getting penalties the ball will be snapped in the end zone Edited January 26 by hammerva
BloodyChamp Posted January 26 Posted January 26 This turn of events in a CCG could finally get the play banned though 1
NikoBaltimore Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) What in the flying fuck is Washington doing?! EDIT: Man, those three straight encroachments were unbelievable and all it did was make the inevitable easier. Commanders have been great but they're falling apart at the wrong time. hammerva Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Washington almost became the first team maybe ever to give up a TD without actually running a play

Cobra Commander Posted January 26 Posted January 26 as a Samoan, it was either football or the WWF for Frankie Luvu, or one before the other 1
Raziel Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Just now, dogwelder said: Because you're going to have someone jump over the line and do a Canadian Destroyer on the QB eventually... So we're banning QB sneaks? We gonna ban QB designed runs next?
dogwelder Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Just now, Raziel said: So we're banning QB sneaks? We gonna ban QB designed runs next? Nah, I think just going back to not allowing runners to be pushed by teammates
Raziel Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Just now, dogwelder said: Nah, I think just going back to not allowing runners to be pushed by teammates That's not gonna stop Defenders trying to jump the snap on obvious sneak situations.

The guy dost deserve nearly the amount of scrutiny he receives and people so quickly forget that while he's "limited" he outplayed Mahomes two years in the Super Bowl. Also, rooting for Hurts means that Chris Simms will have to shut the fuck up on his weird hate fetish of Hurts. If Mahomes, Allen, Jackson, Daniels had AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith to throw to they would put up video game numbers.

It's an unsportsmanlike play. Go play rugby if you just want to push dudes in a scrum. Teams need to start laying down on top of each other to build a wall to stop it.

Luvu is a solid dude in the middle. Barkley gave him some fits today but he gave everybody fits. I don’t know why they’d ban it but they talk about banning it every year. Heck maybe they’d require it instead since the league apparently loves rigged looking garbage in CCGs and SBs.

I understand this but until Hurts quits winning it’s no reason to rip on him in the same league where so many other guys who lose use the same excuse. Well their homers anyway. 2

Kinda like banning the shift. 2
Cobra Commander Posted January 26 Posted January 26 the Tush Push being treated as "one simple trick" to always convert in an "And 1" is sorta goofy... but it's like the whole concept of banning defensive shifts in baseball
Dolfan in NYC Posted January 26 Author Posted January 26 14 minutes ago, Raziel said: That's not gonna stop Defenders trying to jump the snap on obvious sneak situations. Thing is, the assistance makes it all but impossible to defend. The Comms can make a solid case that all 3 penalties were them simply trying to defend the play. Luvu thought he had the timing and tried to jump it. He was wrong though. They've overlegislated towards the Offense for years a push back in the other direction won't hurt. Just make the penalty cause the play to end wherever the assistance happened. No loss of yardage unless the team does it repeatedly. 1
