Cobra Commander Posted January 26 Posted January 26 The Giants looking at this NFC title game like a guy whose ex-girlfriend ended up being on the cover of the SI Swimsuit issue
hammerva Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Well as long as you have an MVP candidate in Saquon, you might be able to afford giving up about 5 3rd down conversion in the first time on defense.
stuntmanc Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I'm pulling Hurts, not only because of being from Philly, but because the national narrative towards him is weird and so directed. The guy dost deserve nearly the amount of scrutiny he receives and people so quickly forget that while he's "limited" he outplayed Mahomes two years in the Super Bowl. Also, rooting for Hurts means that Chris Simms will have to shut the fuck up on his weird hate fetish of Hurts.

sabremike Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Why do teams early in games go for 2 instead of taking the single point?

BloodyChamp Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) Tom Brady doesn’t like the refs deciding big games. This game is the kind of game I used to dream of as a youngun lol! They’re going for all those 4th downs but they’re not going Madden style. Those weren’t exactly the biggest gambles. They were just playing the game like I would play it, to win. Some of the quarterbacks I used to pull for would have liked to have went for a 4th down or 3 early in a game I bet. The 2 point tries are Maddenish. I’ll say that much. hammerva Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Looks like AJ Brown has gotten into Lattimore's head which is terrible for the Commanders
Cobra Commander Posted January 26 Posted January 26 if the Commanders were playing a different team, people could just blame the Manders making mistakes on the refs
MADCAP Posted January 26 Posted January 26 As an Eagles fan AND a Tottenham supporter, I know to never get too excited about a lead, but I’m really smelling a Super Bowl in our future.

BloodyChamp Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I’d be handing it to Barkley every time. I don’t know what they’re doing.
RIPPA Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I've been out so I am catching up but from what I have gathered - that Marshon Lattimore trade for Washington has been really bad
dogwelder Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Game over. Still a great season for Washington. But it's going to take a while to get over the ineptitude of Ron Rivera's drafting 1

Raziel Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I'm not relaxing until it's OVER over, but I'm also planning out my spread for 2 weeks from now. 1
Raziel Posted January 26 Posted January 26 That said, Washington is for real and it's going to be a good rivalry for the next couple of seasons. 1
BloodyChamp Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) Definitely not over, but the Eagles are rolling. I still don’t quite get the playcalling. Run it and take care of business and move on to Buffalo. Them not doing that already is why it’s not over already. Edited January 26 by BloodyChamp
Cobra Commander Posted January 26 Posted January 26 guess we're not getting the "President calls them the Redskins instead of the Commanders" news cycle... yet 1
Contentious C Posted January 26 Posted January 26 GodDAMN Tom Brady talks too much. Silence isn't his job, but that just makes it more golden.
