Back when I was working, I was taught that there was a legit heirarchy for headbutts. Samoans were at the top, and trumped everything below. That was followed by any other ethnic minority, followed by "madmen", followed by any "foreigner". 

So, if I was in a match with Samu, I would sell a headbutt like I got shot in the head. But if I was working a regular white dude, he had to sell the shit out of mine, since I was a diabolical Soviet.

Yeah, pretty racist, but most ethnic gimmicks are.

Liv vs Rhea, both did headbutts in the SummerSlam match. It didn't bother me but I do notice alot more people doing them. Just like people have shitty Punches or Kicks people are going to have shitty headbutts too in any era. I just feel if you aren't good at a certain strick, just go for something else. Rhea is a more physically imposing wrestler than Liv, so Liv shouldn't be headbutting Rhea. Bret was got at headbutts but he shouldn't be headbutting Vader or Sid but he probably did and it didn't take me out of it because of how he worked but it shouldn't be the case. Most people want to get their shit in no matter what.

Kikuchi vs Izumida 9-23-04 in Noah was the first time I heard the proverbial "sickening thud".    Kikuchi had late onset madman headbutt power.  Izumida had a bunch of old babyfat and gristle churning around his noggin.  They could both roll the odometer on one of those punching bag bar games with the slightest furrow of th' brow.

Small children should really be at the top? (ever been headbutted by a toddler?)

Oh man. Yes, I'm barely keeping up with Japan and GLEAT is not on my radar. This should be sick.

Ok using that system where would a born in the USA Asian/Latino/County as fuck Male rank?

 

This weekend was packed for shows down this way. I hit one Friday. Will add the matches the 2024 match thread. But saw  a three way where the champion got stiffed for a bit. Another threewway to determing advantage in the next nights steel cage tag team match. Then a mixed tag that ended with CLAWS on both heels.

And after gas and food,plus one nasty ass Fanta Haunted Apple Beetlejuice soda,I dropped 20 bucks. Made that plus a bit more at my table. Hey good night made a profit saw soome matches and got caught up on the locker room gossip.

 

Plus since the hurricane that just hit not far from there was named Francine. I got to tell the old RSPW story Judge Jeff Jones told about Francine farting on a cake in the ECW locker room "The fucking Icing was rippled!"

i will confirm that the "Haunted Apple" Beetlejuice Fantas are not very good. they should've done Sour Apple or Candy Apple.
