The best way to watch these shows, if you want to be behind on the discourse, is in chunks. I don't have to worry about matches feeling the same. Willow and Stat put on a wild one and I decided to take a break. So far, Ospreay is wild and hates his neck. Him vs PAC and Willow/Stat are my matches of the night so far.

Watching live, I felt less tired because the PPV has 8 matches. Usually it's a few more. I'd like them to stick to 8 while knowing that ain't happening.

Holy shit what a PPV!

A lot to unpack here, as usual!

The opener was intense as fuck! Garcia got his revenge, one way or the other!

Need to watch the tag title match again, since I slept through it.

PAC vs Ospreay was everything I could ever want in a match and it still had a structure of sorts with guys fighting to counter other one's big moves and stuff. This will be my go to match, if I only have time to show one match to someone. Put Ricochet into this mix and inject it straight to my veins!

The Chicago Street Fight was fantastic. Surprised that Stat won, but it gets no objections from me. She earned the win.

The Continental 4-way was good action, but obviously we need Okada vs Takeshita one on one! This year's Continental Classic has a chance to be totally batshit, by the way!

TBS title match was getting really good by the end, but jesus that finish was an awkward mess. The reaction was the usual. Do they F'n mute the crowd on purpose, or are they really that apathetic? Not even "go away heat"? There were dueling chants during the match and everything.

Jungle Jesus really tried and it was a hell of an effort but he wasn't going to take it on this night! After the match, what I was afraid of was about to happen with The Patriarchy coming out and then, it got even worse! They blindsided Yuta, too! He wasn't in on it! Goddamn, that was cold!

Not since Funk-Flair, or the new Crow movie, have I seen a (near) death by plastic bag, and that's enough for this lifetime, thanks.

The look of shock on Bryan's face when Claudio nailed him was priceless. He just did not see that coming. So Mox thinks a couple of BCC members got soft, huh?

The cage match and the Chicago Street Fight showed the difference between the right way and the wrong way to do a brutal death match. The right way (the Chicago Street Fight) was excellent and the wrong way (Cage Match) was still infinitely, infinitely better! Hypodermic needle through an inside of someone's cheek should be the new poison rana! Go nuts, everyone! As the case may be, this will emphatically NOT be the go to match to show someone if I can only show one match! Either way, I will watch this one again, just like PAC vs Ospreay!

Zero Hour had a bunch of neat stuff as did Collision/Rampage,  but I watched all this in 3 parts. And still felt exhausted, in a good way.

Watching the cage match by itself was the way to go. My love for deathmatch stuff is documented so obviously I didn't think it was too much. The path of the feud thus far basically necessitated the guys trying to eternally scar each other. On the other hand, I can see where non-deathmatch fans or people who've never watched one might find it too much. I think if they'd had it poke through and squirt water that would have really set some people off.
