Dolfan in NYC Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 LOTS of clinching scenarios out there. But my favorite is the Dolphins winning their next two (vs GB, @ NE) and the Jets losing to Jacksonville. Let's go!
RIPPA Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Reminder that most of the games are on Saturday, Christmas Eve The Christmas Games are Green Bay at Miami (1 PM - FOX) Denver at LA Rams (4:30 PM - CBS) Tampa Bay at Arizona (SNF) 1
RIPPA Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Unsurprisingly - Mike White has been ruled out of Thursday game so the Jets are gonna have to start Zach Wilson again
hammerva Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 If you like games in really cold weather, this week may be for you. The Steelers vs Raiders right now is scheduled to be the coldest game in Steelers home history

RIPPA Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Sunday Ticket is going to Google/Youtube

Mister TV Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 (edited) This is a tough one. Besides the Immaculate Reception, Franco was only 192 yards short of Jim Brown’s rushing record, scored a touchdown in three Super Bowl’s and was the MVP of SBIX. https://www.wtae.com/article/steelers-hall-of-famer-franco-harris-dead-at-72/42304035 Edited December 21, 2022 by Mister TV 2
RIPPA Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 The Steelers were supposed to retire his number this weekend in celebration of the Immaculate Reception's 50th Anniversary 2

Franco was so ingrained into the community that his passing is way bigger than if he was just a Hall of Famer who played for a local team. 3

Black & Yellow is my team and Franco was one of my favorite players when I was a kid. I am a bit bummed out today. RIP 3
RIPPA Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 The Colts are benching Matt Ryan... again Nick Foles will start this week 1
Dolfan in NYC Posted December 22, 2022 Author Posted December 22, 2022 Despite winning the fan vote, Tua Tagovailoa has been left off the Pro Bowl roster. Mahomes, Allen, and Burrow were named to the team for the AFC. The NFC is Jalen Hurts, Geno Smith(!!), and Kirk Cousins. Good for Geno. 1
Cobra Commander Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 The AFC playoffs would need to get pretty weird for the Super Bowl to not involve Mahomes or Allen or Burrow. So an AFC QB spot is probably opening up anyways.
Contentious C Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 Tannehill is allegedly done for the year. I think that takes Tennessee with him. Have we had 2 8-8 or losing-record division winners in the same year before? Because the South stinks all over and it's looking pretty likely.
Raziel Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 As long as RedZone stays on the normal Sports Tier, I'm good. 1
Kevin Wilson Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 The only way I'd ever get Sunday Ticket, no matter who had paid for the rights to it, is if they did like the MLB does and have a cheaper option to just purchase a plan for one team. Since I highly doubt they'll do that, certainly not worth what they will end up charging. 2
