Holy crap, I just realized that Villano stands for villain!
But what is "killer" spelled backwards?

Why has nobody ever made a mashup of 99 Red Balloons and Mr Brightside.
The only two songs ever to include the lyric Open Up My Eager Eye.
Same reason we don't have a mashup of Pantera's "Walk" and Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World".

There’s a 50% criterion sale. And if you’re a subscriber, they just sent a coupon last week.
I snagged the Heroic Trio set, Blast of Silence and Friends of Eddie Coyle. Can't wait.

RIP. Loved both guys.
Can't say it any better than that.

Here. Some of you are insane, right? Go for it.
Do these usually get standard treatment? I would like to grab Primer but not at that price.

I know "Girlfight" is a well regarded film, for good reason, but unfortunately it also reinforced for Michelle Rodriguez that "sneering *is* acting."

Hey, if you made a belt with a template of a Lament Configuration, would solving it summon a John Cenabite?
"We have such sights to show you," BABBA-DOO, NEH NEH-NEH, NEEEEEEH!

Flicker Alley are having a 15% sale in noir titles, with the code NOIR24. The releases look really good, but are expensive as hell. This is the first I've ever seen them this low.

Yo. This went on sale today thru Vinegar Syndrome.

ACTION USA is a fun flick. Don't think it’s available through VS anymore.
Correct, MVD has the new Blu Ray out.

Against my better judgment I wrote about my Top 10 Criterion films. You monsters.
https://www.getoutofdepth.com/blog/top-10-criterion-releasesI love that name.

Random jumping in:
If they sign Bojack I'll watch WWE again.
-
My 10 Criterions, and honestly, I think I may pull my entire collection together and watch them all. I've committed myself to watching at least one film a night out of my entire collection, so this might do me wonders to tackle my "to watch" pile.
1. Throne of Blood (Combines my two favorite things, Kurosawa samurai films and Macbeth);
2. Hausu (batshit, quasi-"Evil Dead" bonkers from the get-go);
3. Island of Lost Souls (a classic film, with Lugosi as the Sayer of Law);
4. Notorious (underrated Hitch);
5. Fantastic Planet;
6. Life of Brian;
7. Ministry of Fear;
8. Most Dangerous Game;
9. Man Bites Dog (actually one of my earliest DVD purchases);
10. Fiend Without a Face (guilty pleasure sci-fi). -
You know what this means ...
Anyone willing to do their Top Ten Criterion list?
Also, Eureka is going to slowly start selling blu-ray in North America through MVD. I think I saw that the first two releases under this deal are "Cat and.the Canary" (d: Paul Leni) and "Black Mask".

Perfect time to post one of the most epic matches I ever read about in PWI as a kid:
Onita and Goto vs Sheik and Sabu in early 1992 in a poorly thought out fire match that devolved into chaos. Wild stuff.
Fuck yeah, "NOM NOMNOMNNOM!"

I'm more prone to sub now that they've split their hardcore stuff from the mainstream stuff. I can't do it this year, but might consider it for next.

Quick question: In matches where one opponent uses the other opponent's finisher, has there ever been a time where the opponent used their opponent's finisher to win?
-
All I'm looking forward to for sure is "Hauntedween".
