Pretty good show further setting up Emergence. Hammerstone in Ultimate X should rule. Rosemary/Alisha was short but solid. Trios match was fun, Xia is great. Gresham/Dempsey was an interesting mat-based match with the finish coming out of nowhere. Nice main event return win for the Hardyz. Love the post-match chaos brawl with Hendry's theme playing.

Fun opening 8 man tag coming off last week's chaotic ending, followed by a pretty good trios match with Cage of Agony over the masked babyface team. Abadon squashes Alejandra Lion in a minute. MxM vs Pillars of Destiny was pretty fun with an amusing backstage segment setting it up. Solid setup for Angelico/Moriarty for the Pure title. A bunch more squashes in between, Marina Shafir over Tiana James and Trish Adora over Erica Leigh were highlights. Lio Rush vs Tony Nese was a solid longer match. Great main event from Mark Briscoe and the Beast Mortos of course. Lots of action with this week's episode going just over 2 hours

I thought both Sierra and Classmaster looked good in the opener, quick match. the Mother Truckers hotel skit was hilarious. "Why would Lana knock if it's her own door". Haley is greatness. I like Team Spirit sticking together and their little promo about coming after the tag titles. Genesis/Aussie was good, though I liked their first match more a couple months ago. Loved Genesis pre-match promo work. Different finish though commentary said Aussie's been using it. Interesting closing angle, glad to see Abilene back and sticking around but made me wonder if the masked group would be identified as anyone or just there for the attack. -

Wasn't expecting Dustin & Sammy to win the titles so quick but a fun moment and match. Of course there's been a big TX focus on Dustin, Sammy, and the Von Erichs but it still blows my mind that they barely used Arlington-grown Lance Archer while they were there. At first I thought maybe we'd get a winner but when I saw how much time was left to start, I was immediately thinking time limit but thought the main was very good overall. Glad they at least slightly differentiated by making the trios title a 4 way London Ladders match instead. -

Fun Rampage. Dug the trios opener flow in to the Nyla squash. Highly enjoyed the Saraya/Harley/Toni segment. Harley is amusing and I was feeling Saraya's pain going from winning the title at Wembley to not on the card, but a nice setup for Saraya vs Toni in Wales next week. Plus we get Harley vs Britt tomorrow on Collision. username's response to the new Top Flight presentation cracked me up, a different direction for sure. Also popped for Abadon at the private party, along with Raychell Rose randomly hanging with the Infantry and a Brandon Cutler appearance. Collision as often is the case went from 1 match announced to suddenly a bunch to look forward to with Acclaimed/FTR, Dustin & Sammy getting their ROH tag title match already, Britt/Harley, and we hear from Eddie Kingston! Coming up next Thursday on the HonorClub! -
Stacked full two hour episode of Honor this week opening with Mark Briscoe defending the world title against Johnny TV in a solid match. Blake Christian vs. Lio Rush was good, lots of cool spots throughout. Athena going in to a feud with Abadon should be fun. Had me wishing they'd add an additional Halloween Havoc-esque ppv in October with a double main event of Athena/Abadon and Mark/Mortos, since the next segment was Mark challenging the Beast Mortos which is setup for next week. Nice quick promo from Athena later on, laughed at referring to Melissa as "not Lexy". Always good to see Shibata in action. Harley Cameron looked good against Viva Van. Serpentico/Griff was a pretty great blowoff to their long feud/angle over the stolen mask. Anthony Henry & BEEF with a fun squash over Dante Leon & Vinne Massaro. BEEF was on fire. Moriarty/Andretti was a quick pure match and Atlantis vs Robbie Eagles was a very solid TV title defense. Six man titles main event ruled, love the chaotic ending brawl with all the run ins.

Didn't catch up to last week's thread in time but just wanted to shout out the Deonna/Thunder bullrope match as one I absolutely loved, nice bloody brawl from two favs. Thought this was another strong good to great Dynamite. Mone/Shida was a pretty excellent opener. Not as long as MJF/Fletcher last week but I like the trend of that opening match going all the way through without a commercial break. Felt things flowed really well in to Hangman/Lethal which had a great chaotic fast paced start to it. Casino triple threat was pretty great. Bucks vs Acclaimed was a solid long match, didn't mind the finish furthering the story. Feeling like maybe this won't go the obvious triple threat route compared to the Trios title situation which felt way obvious on Collision that it would set up a triple threat. Either way, feels like FTR/Acclaimed have built up a really good little rivalry around all this so I'm looking forward to their Collision match. Thought Swerve would be leaving Yuta more a bloody mess but still an effecting ending. the Time of your Life tribute for Bryan was epic of course. Love that Bush's "Machinehead" is back as the ALL IN theme. -

Catching up on last week, enjoyed the opening top stars trios match. Liking Tiki turning out to be Penelope's kryptonite as of late. Kandi Krush looked great in her victory over Ariel. I can dig Ariel aligned with Lil J & Stephy. Didn't realize it'd been 6 weeks since the Heavy Metal Sisters teamed up. Agreed that Dojo Defenders looked good here. Main event was definitely shorter than I expected but a nice sprint. Tormenta is always reliable for something good. Now onto this week; Nice 5 minute opening tag was pretty good with Spring Break vs BK & Gigi. Love seeing Stephy Slays get some shine against Gloria Glitter, finish came out of nowhere. Digging the trios feud setting up here. Animal Instinct vs. Mighty Mights was awesome. Two of the best respective heel & face teams. Nice double pin finish, Animal Instinct are always impressive. Another solid tag title defense for the Mother Truckers in the main event. -

Solid matches throughout the night. I guess Gresham will have alter egos between regular and Octopus versions. Jordynne/Rosemary was solid while it lasted. the Josh/Nemeth segment ruled as the crowd seemed super hot for Nemeth, good setup for next week's main event. Bound for Glory finally confirmed for October 26 in Detroit

Dustin & Sammy vs Dark Order was a pretty fun opener. Solid tag title match of Undisputed Kingdom vs the Infantry in the middle of the show. Good to see Rachael Ellering back and Brooke Havok rules, so that was a nice quick match. Liked the later future setup for Rachael and Harley Cameron. Awesome main event tag from Athena & Billie vs. Aminata & Red Velvet. Loved both teams' matching gear. Queen & Red looked amazing as a team, thought they might win it but Billie pulls it off.

Awesome show. Thought MJF/Fletcher was a fantastic opener and was surprised it went all the way through 15+ with no commercial. Another excellent trios match with Rush/Mortos/Strong vs. Orange & FTR. Mortos is a highlight on everything. Was a little surprised to see Rush take the fall there. Digging the FTR/Acclaimed rivalry thus far. Main event was absolutely epic and something I hoped we would get since their trios match interaction a few months ago. Initially I was interested in a more traditional wrestling match between them, but the wild brawl we got was pretty much perfect. Loved the figure 4 spot with Bryan using the chair to Jarrett's knees to break it, great visual. Killer finish too and seeing the blood on Jarrett afterwards added to it immensely. Definitely lived up to expectations, awesome match. I imagine next week Swerve's gonna put Yuta through an absolute bloodbath. Hyped for another round of Thunder/Deonna, Texas Bullrope this time on Collision and the House of Black/Bang Bang Gang with Christian as ref should be a blast. -
Just seeing that Carla Esparza announced her next fight at 307 vs. Tecia Pennington will be her retirement bout. One of my all time favs since the early Invicta beginnings
-
For what it's worth, PWInsider is saying now that the 'entering the women's locker room' aspect of the story was not true, and that both conversation/arguments with MJF and Ospreay happened in a common area. The suspension is up and Britt's apparently expected back tomorrow

2024 INDY WRESTLING THREAD
DreamBroken replied to zendragon's topic in FEDS JUST TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK
I'm not an expert on the situation and was in the same boat of just gathering information from Twitter, but from what I understand; Michael Cervino, who was involved in running the "King's Road Wrestling" instagram page and did a lot for GCW (as far as "sponsoring" wrestlers, photo/video work, ring crew, social media stuff, etc), was exposed as a perv creep that GCW is getting blasted for working with the guy and Brett posted a statement basically saying there was no way to know he was like that and all they can do is cut ties and move on.
