  1. Great opener and a fun main event with some solid stuff in between. Enjoyed Jake Hager being the big babyface save for the Oklahoma pop. Orange/Bennett was fun, also a shoutout to Orange/Taven last week being absolutely epic since I didn't catch up in time for last week's thread. I was wondering why Flair wasn't around for the big tag title win since his whole thing was being by Sting's side all through his final ride, so glad to see that come up. Thought Wardlow's promo was the most interesting he's been in awhile, but also expected someone to interrupt. Very much look forward to Danielson/Akiyama.
  2. Full roster so far for WWE 2k24 of a little over 200 total. Looks to be about the usual. Still missing some confirmed names but this is the list 2K put up today.
  3. Catching up on 2 weeks of WOW Crazy opening with the trios match ending in injury resulting in a no contest and basically saying they'll redo it later. I was surprised how much focus they put on it but it did give a realistic/live show vibe to things. Replaying it again later made it seem like an easy way to make it angle to put Coach back in the tournament since she was substituted in this match. Miami Sweet Heat vs. Mother Truckers was chaotic. Laurie busting out a Coast to Coast was awesome. I thought Miami would pull off the win here so was surprised by the result, but the finish was pretty much perfect with the Truckers blocking the double suicide dives with road signs, that ruled. Then Vicki & Penelope just beat them with trash cans afterwards. Very good main event from Abilene vs Aussie in the title rematch. Aussie's full nelson suplex and rana looked great, but Abilene still sneaks out the victory. Unique episode with 3 matches instead of the usual 4 and the main event getting a little more time. == Onto this past week, fun trios opener with some unique spots. Loved Genesis getting the big win and Exile finally seemingly being back on the same page as a unit. I wanna see them go all the way and win the trios titles. Beating Chainsaw was a great victory for GI Jane. Jessie Jones/Santana was a solid continuation of that feud. Gambino/Aussie next week should be awesome. Main event seemed to come out of nowhere coming off Miami Sweet Heat losing last week so I guess their punishment was only they weren't getting the 'first' title shot, but I love to see them regain the gold anyways, my favorite team. Fun match and heel work to steal the win.
  4. Catching up on Impact, pretty good show. Another that packed a lot in with some shorter matches in between and some fun backstage bits. Kazarian/Jake was a real good opener. Dirty Dango bringing up Scott Norton made me wish they would bring him in. Fun main event and nice post-match chaos setting up next week and No Surrender.
  5. Nice opener from Queen Aminata vs. J-Rod. Glad it wasn't a total squash and J-Rod got to look good for awhile. Aminata always kills it. Looks like a fun tournament, looking at the bracket I'm guessing a Billie vs Taya final. Leyla/Rachael was awesome. Nice story with the injury playing in to it, great finish. Would personally love to see Leyla as champ. Mercedes/Adora was very good too. Sad for Adora to get bounced in the first round but glad she had a great showing at least. Nice to see Kenny King back in ROH, short but solid match with Dalton. Great main event from Diamante and Kiera. Like Adora, I would've liked to see Kiera go further but an enjoyable match. The women's TV title tournament has definitely delivered the goods thus far. Looking forward to Athena/Nyla 2/3 falls tables match coming up.

  12. Packed a bunch in to this episode. Tasha/Xia was short but nice to see Tasha regain the win. Wentz/Speedball was good with fun post-match chaos. Similarly the Kon/PCO brawl was a blast. Nice out of nowhere debut from Simon Gotch. Good main event from Shelley and Edwards.
  13. Love to see a Raychell Rose appearance, or "Araya Thorn" here since there's already a Rachael & Rose in ROH. fun short match with Billie. Almost thought an upset was possible via Nyla distraction but welcome back Athena! This week's women's 4 corner survival was another short one but a nice win for Diamante. The 8 man tag was a nice win for Shane Taylor & Moriarty. solid win for Big Shotty over Gravity. the Women's TV Title Tournament finally begins next week. Main event men's 4 corner survival was a great spotfest and match of the night. Everyone shined here, AR fox back after disappearing for a few months. Lexi rules in all her segments. Nice ending to get one more Nyla/Athena segment in.
  14. Whole thing is a bizarre mess. Felt like retconning the Smackdown segment last week. Cody introduced Rock in to this but now comes out saying this is bullshit! Rock hyping up The Biggest Match in Professional Wrestling History via The Family Tree, only for it to now maybe not ever happen lol. Definitely felt like Rock/Roman together now as the Corporate Bloodline.
  15. Awesome show top to bottom. Figured Hangman/Swerve was going the time limit as soon as seeing it was in the opening spot, seemed the easiest way to get to the triple threat. Didn't see the presumable double turn happening like that though. BCC vs CMLL was epic, all action. Loving the build up to Toni vs. Deonna. Enjoyed Jericho/Takeshita. Looking forward to BIG Business in Bo$$ton. Great main event/moment/post-match angle. Big Bill's catch of Darby's dive into the Bossman slam was amazing. Very effective ending with the bloodshed visuals.
  16. AEW Fight Forever adds Swerve as DLC coming next Wednesday.
  17. He was in WWE '13 (as DLC or pre-order bonus) with the focus on the Attitude Era, but think that was his only one.
  18. Figured the trios tournament would have craziness in it like the Mighty Mights being eliminated earlier but re-entering with a new partner. Fun match, almost thought they'd pull it off but a nice finish from Tormenta. Rebel Haze with the upset in a good match with Gloria Glitter. Rebel is an amusing character. The Leader of the Pack triple threat was different, a bit awkward of a seeming stable breakup for IQ Superior but a cool finish and win for GI Jane. Tonga Twins/Last Call was an exciting main event, with another very decisive win for the Tonga Twins like their last match.
  19. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIK0-cBlilM new 2k24 gameplay trailer. showcasing the added match types and reveals Muhammad Ali is in
  20. Umaga's final WWE match was billed as Samoan Strap Match, vs Punk at Extreme Rules 2009.
  21. Awesome show. Loved the all action opening going Kingston/BK to Bryan/Hechicero, both were epic. Glad to see Bryan Keith become ALL Elite, been an amazing couple months for him. Serena/Aminata was excellent. the Queen is on fire on every show. When the vignettes for Serena's return started, I definitely did not expect her to be coming back as a face but I love seeing it again. Huge fan of her previous face work. TWO women's matches, always love to see Vertvixen and another nice win for Red Velvet. Another fun trios main event ruled.
  22. EVENT #5 UFC Fight Night on ESPN+ 93: Dolidze vs. Imavov (02/03/2024) - Las Vegas, NV (UFC Apex) Roman Dolidze vs. Nassourdine Imavov - Dolidze, DEC Renato Moicano vs. Drew Dober - Dober, TKO, R2 Randy Brown vs. Muslim Salikhov - Brown, DEC Viviane Araújo vs. Natália Silva - Silva, DEC Aliaskhab Khizriev vs. Makhmud Muradov - Khizriev, SUB, R2 Gilbert Urbina vs. Charles Radtke - Radtke, DEC Molly McCann vs. Diana Belbiţă - McCann, DEC Azat Maksum vs. Charles Johnson - Maksylum, DEC Themba Gorimbo vs. Pete Rodriguez - Rodriguez, TKO, R1 Jeong Yeong Lee vs. Blake Bilder - Lee, DEC Luana Carolina vs. Julija Stoliarenko - Stoliarenko SUB, R1 Landon Quiñones vs. MarQuel Mederos - Mederos, DEC Thomas Petersen vs. Jamal Pogues - Pogues, DEC
  23. I said last year that once Cody lost, I would no longer care about whenever 'beating Roman' did happen. And sure enough, Cody winning the Rumble this year didn't have quite the same feel to it as last year's (it sucked), and now the Rumble win is basically just thrown away anyways. Hilariously bizarre execution of whatever they were going for here.
  24. Pretty good show. Nemeth/Trey was quick solid opener. Liked seeing Nemeth's Superkick be a match ender again along with the Danger Zone. Myers/Knight was good, finish looked killer. Great feature on Jordynne Grace in the Rumble. I didn't think they'd air the tag with Trinity but that'll be next week. Nice main event to kick off the tag team best of 3 series.
  25. Mostly squashes in the first half until Bennett & Taven vs Fred Rosser & Tom Lawlor was pretty good. Slim J looked great against Ethan Page. Queen Aminata with another great showing against Reiza Clarke. Bad Dude Tito vs Gringo Loco was solid. Lexi is a highlight in the Dalton skits. Double main event of 4 ways. the women's one was way short, would've liked more as a fan of all 4. the men's 4 way was pretty good for all involved, nice win for BIG Shotty.
