  1. Very enjoyable interview that flew by. Bischoff was a great guest to have as someone that hasn't been featured much in WWE projects in years. Love the format, like having another podcast on the Network to go along with the occasional Austin and Jericho shows. Also love the Table for 3 show. The first two were highly enjoyable, especially last week with New Day. Now they've got some real interesting pairings coming up starting with Madusa, Ivory, and Molly Holly this week, that should be real cool and different with people we don't usually see/hear much from.
  2. Corporate Kane and Demonkane is the best. Figured Paige would turn soon but didn't see it coming just then. Another fun Show/Cesaro match and a good long Cena/Rollins match. Hoped they would have some update on Sting but I guess he'll just disappear again.
  3. The double main events were good. Never thought Sting had a chance at winning but he did a great job and I wish he was going to work matches more often. Cena winning the title back makes taking it off him in the first place seem strange but I hope the US Open is back tomorrow. Enjoyed Charlotte/Nikki for the most part though didn't love it being more of a 'Nikki dominates, Charlotte hits two moves and wins' type match. Did love Charlotte's consistent selling all throughout and in to the post match. Great job putting it over as a real moment too. Dudleys/New Day was pretty fun. Jericho as the mystery partner worked and made sense but the finish made him look dumb then the post-match was confusing. He's supposed to work Owens at MSG.. wouldn't mind that as an IC title feud. Love the Brock Lesnar "Go to Hell" Tour. Should be an interesting podcast and very much looking forward to Lesnar/Undertaker in the Cell. Big fan of the exciting end to the show with the Return of the Demon. Kane's a great logical choice for Seth's next challenger to finally blowoff their long rivalry. I wonder if that will be in the Cell too.
  4. I love it. I'd definitely wear that. I change the minus to the plus!
  5. Agreed, all those nxt dudes and then leaving out the boss is terrible.
  6. I enjoyed the knockouts match and very glad to see Gail as champ again. Kong was taking some crazier than usual bumps, dug her apron dive. Brooke's reign was entirely pointless. Didn't expect a whole lot from Lethal Lockdown but by the end of it, I loved how epic the whole TNA triumph came off after. Didn't care for Bram as the surprise last member at first but now I'd be curious to see him as a babyface in the future. Great job putting over the match as truly special at the end and making it out to be the biggest victory in TNA history. Everybody on the team came off like the company's true top guys. Enjoyed having Jarrett and Mordetzky on the last few weeks.
  7. Enjoyed both divas matches as well. Even Sasha/Paige being done for the 4th time in 3 weeks or so, surprised Sasha has gotten multiple submission wins over Paige. The finish to Charlotte/Nikki came really sudden but I liked that Nikki breaks the record and the rematch is set for Sunday. Always good to see Sting and glad they figured a way for him to win a match or two instead of just losing on ppv. HHH & Steph dancing with the New Day was the best. And the New Day's Table of 3 on the Network was highly entertaining also.
  8. I miss the Gamecube, wish I still had mine. Never got DOR 2 but loved the first one. The story mode in that was one of my top favorites.
  9. Kinda disappointed the roster is more Austin career based rather than any real focus on "biggest roster in a WWE game" which I figured they'd try to include everyone possible instead of these weird omissions. RVD's a guy I'd want in just because he's one of my favorites and I enjoy playing as him while Eddie's a guy I usually just expect to be in these games. Especially when they include seemingly random additions like last year's Col. Mustafa & General Adnan. Dusty was DLC in 2k14 but yeah Piper hasn't been in since 2008.
  10. Yeah, Athena started in PCW in Arlington in 2007 before going to the then-PWA for further training under Booker where she briefly wrestled as "Trouble". ACW in Austin became her mainstay promotion and in 2010 she started with SHIMMER and quickly gained popularity there. After that she was all over the country pretty much. She hadn't worked for ROW in years before just recently making a quick return there. As soon as news of her signing became confirmed, she deleted her twitter account and deactivated her facebook. Is true, now wrestles as Andrea and is a regular for SHINE among other companies.
  11. Thought it was a pretty good Invicta show with a lot of enjoyable fights. Frey/McCarthy and Jacobson/Moyle were both good, Aspen Ladd looked good. Andrea Lee looked great in her fight, on fire all the way through and great theme music too. Surprised but glad to see Bennett get the decision as she's one of my favorites. Katja Kankaanpaa has now announced her retirement. Another dominant performance from Evinger. Good to hear Souza/Grasso is still on and not far away.
  12. Same reason that Bret Hart returned in 2010 with a new theme. WWE likes to needlessly shake things up. I would've marked out like a motherfucker if the crow Sting theme had played at Survivor Series last year. In one of his books, Jericho talks about how he wanted to use "Nightmare" by Avenged Sevenfold as his theme when he was feuding with Punk but Vince nixed it. Vince said that no matter what character Jericho portrayed, the fans would always associate him with his "Break the Walls Down" theme so they'd never change it. Odd why they'd not let Jericho, a full-time talent at that point, change things up but would shake things up for nostalgia acts. Always found it odd that when they would change Jericho's theme, it never stuck and he always ended up back with "Break the Walls Down". I personally loved when he used Saliva's "King of My World" in '02 then he briefly used his "Don't You Wish You Were Me" song from the WWE Originals CD in 04. "Nightmare" would've been an interesting minor character tweak for a time he was at his most stale.
  13. Proud of my #2 placement! Thanks as always for running this. And congrats MJ for being the champion!
  14. Evinger and Kianzad both weighed in slightly over the 135 lb limit so the fight is now non-title.
  15. I believe it's Mikaze (the guy in the back) that is her fiance.
  16. I take pretty much everything on this show with a grain on salt. I think it was meant hypothetically as in defending at WrestleMania in general is looked at as her future goal, not necessarily the upcoming Mania.
  17. Liked the Wolves tag and the main event. Never knew til now that TNA doesn't recognize the Wolves 1st tag title win at a house show last year so they're calling them 4 time champions instead of 5. Dug the spots from old Galloway/Mordetzky matches like the backslide backflipped into the Future Shock. Solid build to Lethal Lockdown.
  18. I remember being so underwhelmed when Goldberg basically got pinned from one chokeslam. We'd seen him take Sweet Chin Musics, Pedigrees and sledgehammer shots and not get pinned but one chokeslam was enough. Pretty lame. I was shocked by that as I didn't think there was any way Goldberg dropped the title that soon at the time. And as mentioned what he had taken before, basically shrugging off the Sledgehammer at Unforgiven so a bit jarring to see that ending. But I was a huge Evolution mark so I absolutely loved this PPV.
  19. Naomi announced she and Uso are off again for the next season. PWInsider confirmed that Amanda, runner up from Tough Enough, has signed on and will replace her in the cast.
  20. Pretty good longer matches tonight. Liked Paige/Sasha, glad to see Sasha still looking special on the main roster so far despite questionable booking in the last 2 weeks. Dug Ryback's win too and the never ending Orton/Sheamus saga. The Rusev/Ziggler/Summer/Lana stuff was going way over the top with all the ways used to describe it along with multiple video packages. Fun segment with New Day/E&C/Dudleys too. Surprised Sting never came out for the live crowd. He never said it directly, but Austin asked both if they ever yearn for being in the ring again when around or something and they pretty much said they don't and they like talking to/helping the young guys. Plus had Austin and Edge bring up/push for Christian in the HOF eventually, sounded to me like he's retired. Would love if he could return though.
  21. One of my all time favorites. Love the Luger/Flair series especially GAB 88, love SummerSlam 93 with Yoko and of course the "I'll Be Your Hero" tribute, one I watch often on the Network. One of my favorite pops when he won the title from Hogan in 97. Greatness.
  22. I'm stunned to have made #2, was figuring early I'd have little to no shot but my picks turned out surprisingly well. Always fun to follow this, glad to have hung in towards the top
