    We had the best audience so far at The Producers tonight. Almost every joke got huge laughs and they were wild for all the numbers. It was so much fun, the first time we killed with the entire crowd. This theatre has a long rep as a place where it's pretty much only the family friendly classics so a lot of the regular type of crowd has been uncomfortable with a lot of the content or aren't fans of Mel Brooks type comedy. We've had some great crowds but tonight was heads and tails the best. And we totally didn't have our best performance, and a few set changes didn't go as well as normal, to put it mildly. But, man, it's such a high when you're part of a team making a crowd laugh and crushing.

    @Midnight is consistently funny, the Nerdist podcast is great, pretty much every great comic is friends with him and considers him a peer, so...can we end the Hardwick hate? Yes. He did the dumb MTV dating show a long time ago, let's get over it.

    He wasn't really complaining about Punk and Bryan, he was complaining about people chanting stuff that had nothing to do with what was happening in the ring at the time. He only mentioned the Punk chants by saying that they had nothing to do with what was going on and that Punk had left. Jericho brought up the Yes chants. It was more of him being puzzled by crowds chanting stuff to get themselves over than a bash on the wrestlers.

    And in totally awesome news, a brand new season of new episodes of Trailer Park Boys is up on Netflix, with another season to follow. I'm three episodes in and it's hilarious.

    Yeah but, Bischoff came off so douchey that I found it fucking annoying. I'd switch to RAW to see what kinds of crazy shit Vince would throw against the wall to compete. Especially when the NWO hit big. Shit like Cornette's Corner, the ECW stuff and the NWA "invasion" was fascinating to see on WWF TV.

    Big Johnny vs Punk was the most obvious "Let's play to the Internet" deal. I loved Big Johnny.

    Savage's NWO turn made perfect sense. He had a choice between being blackballed or buying in to the big new thing and he sold out. Add in that his arch enemy Ric Flair was an NWO rival.

    Depends on what version of Black Adam. If they go with the original character who was basically the Scorpion King perverted by power and consumed with hate and revenge, then he's fine. I doubt they're gonna bother with the complicated backstory they gave him in JSA. And add pointy ears and he looks the part perfectly.

    I remember when Richard Bey went from serious but light and "nice" to the trashiest fake thing ever. I knew two girls who were on the show a few times playing different "characters". They'd answer the ad and lie about having the "qualifications" asked for, just for the free limo ride and paid for hotel and food.eyes

    DX didn't "save" WWE, it was Austin of course. But original DX WAS a blast for fans like me who loved bad guys. The NWO was cool, DX Original were assholes.
