    You know, the WWF did a lot of promotional work in that short window between Aug - Oct 92...the only one missing is Warrior. In a month, Bulldog and Warrior were gone and the Ultimate Maniacs were forgotten. Savage had all of that gear done for nothing.

    Me too. I was the BIGGEST Hulkamaniac at the time (I was 10), and was looking forward to a potential Hogan/Flair WrestleMania main event. I don't even have to go to YouTube and jog my memory...even then I thought Hulk looked terrible at the Rumble. Monsoon said (on the redubbed commentary), "Like a THIEF in the night, Sid Justice..."

    Hennig debuted as a mystery partner with DDP at Bash at the Beach against Savage / Hall, and turned on him right out of the shoot...this was a couple months before he turned on the Horsemen and joined the NWO.
