Honestly, 2 of WWE's top guys right now are people that were floundering with no direction, got released, and reinvented themselves on the indies/TNA/AEW and came back and got red hot. Leaving isn't the worst thing in the world, especially with the amount of promotions around looking for another spark. It's good for guys to have options again to try a different territory.

Kay (yeah yeah, I know) broke it down that as far as anyone knows there is no such rule, that's a personal thing for Wendelstedt about "if I can't figure it out, toss the Manager". There was no warning to shut down anyone else on the bench. Shit, Wendelstedt has tossed players and bench coaches from the dugout himself. Wendelstedt also hadn't seen teh video yet, but it's clear as day he tossed Boone after the fan barked. A lot of it has to do with how much Boone gets tossed and that umps go in looking for excuses to toss Boone. That's one thing. The bigger issue is how fucking thin-skinned Umps (and a lot of other officials) are and how quick to pull the trigger, and that THERES NO RECOURSE FROM TEAMS for bad calls and no accountability for Umps or most other sports officials for making bad calls. This is all over NY sports, but what recourse is there for the Yankees? Call Manfred? He's not going to do anything, nor is the Umpire union. Shit, Wendelstedt RUNS AN UMP SCHOOL. Hernendez has the most inconsistant strike zone in Baseball and he's beloved in the Union so they're not going to toss him. We're probably in for a couple weeks of people getting seats above the team they don't link's Dugout and barking trying to get people tossed.

That's the problem, I don't have a clue out of who's currently not working that would work. Mostly because it's not a just "win matches" job now, it's a complete rebuild where you have to gut the changing room and almost start over, and there's a couple big contracts that aren't going to be easy to sell off (The massive hole in GK, the Striker that can't score goals, and whatever the fuck is allegedly the midfield for example). AVB did Gods work at Olympique, but couldn't handle the owners and I don't think he could get that locker room under control. I'd REALLY hope for Zidane, if Bayern doesn't get him first. Ideally, as far as needing dicipline back, can we just Clone SAF and reset him back to his 50's?

I mean, I know the love Wrestling's #1 Nepobaby gets here so I was trying to be nice, but yeah, as much as we're dumping on Jericho for being past this run's sell by date, Hook just ain't putting it together. I'm not sure who that's an indictment of, he has his old man's swagger, but literally nothing else, and he's not seeming keen to develop that. Aside, it was a mess of styles and neither guy did themselves any favors with how that match was laid out. And as I said, it probably sticks out more because nothing else on the show fell below "good", and I'm even saying that about a fucking Rodrick Strong match.

Yeah, I really don't know what match you watched, but Jericho/Hook was BAD, in every sense. I don't know if Jericho sandbagged Hook on teh suplexes, or Hook couldn't get him over. But it was like, really really bad, and stuck out horribly on a PPV where everything else ranged from delivered to way overdelivered.

Good on everyone recovering this show from the mess that is Chris Jericho.

So, before one becomes (depending on continuity) The most badass and selfless biggest damn hero in the universe/second most ineffectual floundering leader whose hubris destroys several planets and the other becomes (depending on continuity) the most tunnel visioned guy who enables the universe's greatest monsters, and may be one himself, to do their worst/a misunderstood and misintnetioned guy that'll realize the folly of his ways and turn good and possibly heroically sacrifice himself a million years later, they'll both be best buddies in an action comedy that shows the true meaning of friendship, before a disagreement on how to run the planet they just saved turns it into a wastland after a civil war that lasts millions of years and costs billions of lives. I'm thinking the tone is off, but hey, it's animated Transformers so FUCK YEAH!
