    This week’s Red Dead Redemption 2 episode hit way too close to home.

    Finally started the fishing mission. I couldn’t understand all of the love for the fishing mechanics. I spent a legit 20 minutes trying to reel in the first fish I hooked on the mission with Jack. I couldn’t bring the fish in no matter how long I wound the reel. THEN I finally realized I was spinning the control stick the wrong way the entire time. ?

    You can cheat the system on some of the submission only matches in the current weekly tower by getting falls via countout. (The weekly theme is iron man matches.) It’s not until match #9 (Cena) that countouts are turned off.

    Colt recently had The Kingdom on the podcast. Matt Taven talked about an incident where he accidentally moonsaulted onto George “The Animal” Steele. Colt previously used that clip in his live comedy show, and it generated heat between Colt and Taven. I tracked down the clip. How have I not seen this until now??

    I can’t recommend Ron Fuller’s Studcast enough. He is such a great storyteller. His cadence, delivery, etc. It really reminds me of listening to my late grandfather tell stories about the old days. The difference is my grandpa would tell stories about farming, and Ron talks about wrestling. I knew nothing of Continental or Southeastern except the Top 10 lists in the old Apter mags. You really get to know these characters based on the way Ron tells stories. If you want to check out just a few episodes, give the Bahamas episodes a listen. There are three of them. They are fantastic.

    A friend of mine lives on a farm in the country. She has a long, paved driveway leading to her home. The Township where she lives forced her to name her driveway, and therefore change her address. She ended up naming her new “road” after a family member. That got got me thinking. It’s not every day that you get to name a road. I was thinking what I would choose as my new address if I was in a similar situation. Dusty Road was my first thought, but then I came up with a keeper. I’d love to say that I live on Ravishing Rick Road.

    No Hall of Fame DLC this year? That’s extremely disappointing. I’m in the minority, but I tend to use the legends more than the current roster.

    Mick Foley got thrown off the top of HIAC and the match went on. Braun and Roman laid on the mat for eight minutes, then received some shots to the back with pressed wood, each took an F-5, and the ref decided they can’t continue?? The ref didn’t even give them a chance to recover.

    A couple different times I’ve had a two word phrase flash across the screen ala the critical notification. Both times it happened it was during a multi-man matchup and it must have been something a CPU player did. Any idea what it means?

    How do I increase my match rating? I’m about 2/3rds through mission mode, and the best rating I’ve ever received thus far is 85%. Most matches end in the 70s. I know there are 90% and 100% requirements coming up.

    Stephen Amell comes off as such an arrogant douchebag in these videos. Daniels has done some of the best promo work of his career leading up to this match. I hope he gets a massive babyface reaction.

    This could be nothing, but Fozzy just announced a concert in Madison, WI on September 2nd. (The day after All In.) They have nothing announced on their live shows page on the day of All In. Madison is a quick 2 hour drive from Hoffman Estates.

    What if Owens grabbed the actual contract out of the briefcase last night? Braun goes to cash in at Summer Slam, pins Brock or Roman, only for Owens to show up holding the contract making Braun’s win null and void.

    No, the kits cannot make that distinction. The SANE nurse would document any tearing or contusions during the exam, but that would inevitably lead to a claim of consensual rough sex. I don’t recall the specifics in this case, but many times sexual assault victims don’t immediately report the crime. By the time they report the assault, they’ve lost some of the potential evidence by showering, doing laundry, etc. Did the victim have a SANE exam in this case?
