  1. The Group included Steve Corino, Samoa Joe, C.W. Anderson, Michael Shane, Guillotine LeGrande & Simply Luscious
  2. The Prophecy was trying to destroy the farce that was the Code of Honor. They wanted to destroy the company and rebuild it in their image. At least they had a gameplan.
  3. Jae is just a two star moderator, which consists of jobbing to Rippa in three minutes and Rippa sells NOTHING.
  4. I am looking for some horror books to scare the shit out of me.
  5. This video is amazing and had me rolling. The small crowd was hot for everything too. If I were there live I would have popped for the DX People's Elbow!
  6. I love me some good hair metal and have recently gotten into Firehouse, Slaughter and Danger Danger. Good times great rock n roll! The greatness of Firehouse!
  7. Very true. I guess I stick with the hardcore good, bad or indifferent I have been a WWE fan from the age of 6 ('89) and I have no plans of ever stopping stance.
  8. Unless you are on the booking committee, sitting back and watching what happens is your only option.
  9. Jae hit the nail on the head. Quit freaking out and enjoy the ride. The WWE may have stumbled with the Summer of Punk but two years later Punk is in a much better place inside the company as well as being more popular. Until Vince McMahon pins Bryan with the fingerpoke of doom, Daniel Bryan fans probably have nothing to worry about.

    The Cover Shtick

This is an insane medley by Metal Skool (now known as Steel Panther) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDbn1NuPoak Dream Evil's cover of a pop song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGXKZ9GZGFo Still my favorite Lacuna Coil song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTOLMbKjLeY
  11. Monday Night Raw gets my vote, it is the most interesting show where the biggest angles in wrestling happen.
  12. Sometimes business is pleasure?
  13. The load times are a bitch at times. I am going through the licenses aiming for gold, and once the scenario is loaded the first time replaying it requires no loading time at all. But it is so worth it because the GT series is the greatest racing series hands down. I went out and got the cheaper 5 but 6 will be released by the end of the year.
  14. I am not sure if it was because it was the first match. But The Shield coming out during the pre show got a HUGE reaction.
  15. I think we finally have someone in the top 2 babyface spots that EVERYONE loves and cares about. Casual and hardcore fans alike are into Bryan and Punk. It is a good shot in the arm the WWE needs, whether the WWE will take the ball and run with it is another story.
  16. One thing the WWE did right is that Daniel Bryan is a bigger babyface Monday morning than he was Sunday morning. That was one fantastic turn.
  17. That was a well booked PPV. Great heel turn as I want Orton dead, and so does most of the WWE fans. Cena can now take time off to get that elbow fixed while Bryan chases Orton.
  18. I am yet another fan that hasn't been watching a ton of wrestling and have decided to go through all of the comps I have purchased. The best match I watched today was: Eddie GilbertĀ© vs Jeff Jarrett - Southern Heavyweight Title (USWA Texas 1990) What a clinic these two put on. This is Eddie Gilbert 101 as he is spot on being the best southern heel in the business. They start with dueling arm work, which Jarrett wins since it affects Gilbert down the line. Double J does a simple spot I wish today's stars would keep alive when working the arm. It is dropping a knee on the arm when you have the opponent on the mat in an armbar or hammerlock. Gilbert yells constantly in this match with stuff like "He is breaking my arm!" Gilbert switches his attention to the leg and really puts a hurting on Jarrett. He even loosens Jarrett's boot which the commentator emphasizes will make Gilbert's legwork that much more deadly. There is great continuity here as Jarrett tries to knee Gilbert's arm as before but uses the hurt knee and it stops him dead in his tracks. They do several double knockout spots they get to in a variety of ways. These spots do not hurt the match as they do not stay stagnant for more than a four count before stirring up to their feet. It puts over how tired both are, yet are willing to sacrifice everything for the Southern Title. The ending is the only flaw in the match. Gilbert goes for a chain he has wrapped in a towel, but misses and Jarrett gets it, rolls Gilbert up for a two count that the ref counts three on but the match continues anyhow. Jarrett hits Gilbert with the chain to give him a taste of his own medicine. Instead of doing the smart thing and throwing the chain outside the ring after using it, he drops in into his tights. When Gilbert tells him about Jarrett's schinanigans the ref checks Jarrett, finds the chain and DQ's Jarrett giving the title back to Gilbert. If Jarrett had only known possession is 2/3rds of the law he would have claimed the title. This was a fantastic match that had the crowd into it from the start. Just amazing.
  19. It worked so well with ROH in 06 and pretty well with SCUM that maybe they are going to the well way too often. Kinda like WWE and workers feeding with management. Of course this only comes a month or two after the SCUM blow off.
  20. How can you hate this? and this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCBB_PkQrRE Searching for Luger's theme I found there is a 20 part Lex Luger compilation (over 20 hours long). Who could possibly sit through 20 hours of Luger!!!
  21. The WWE is certainly not against repeating angles so after a Bryan win Vince gets Orton to come out and cash it in but Bryan escapes. I feel I have gone too far into fantasy booking. Can't wait for the show.
  22. I think Ryback is dead in the water at this point. They seem to be trying to get him back to where he was before the title match with Punk by destroying people backstage, but it certainly isn't working with me. I am not sure many people think very highly of Mr Back any longer. If he wasn't stuck with a low end comedy gimmick Tensai would be cool for that role.
  23. I have beaten Sleeping Dogs, all that is left is cleanup for the platinum trophy. Working on Saints Row III and Gran Turismo 5. I enjoyed the racing on Sleeping Dogs that I was inspired to buy a racing game and there is no better game to get than GT5. An issue for me is that I bought GT5 XL Edition for $20 new because it supposedly had DLC included. It turns out the DLC codes are no good because they expired over a year ago and were only good for a MONTH!! $20 is still not horrible and I would have spent about the same to buy the standard GT5 game off of Amazon once shipping is factored in.
