  1. To be honest I was slightly disappointed. The third act is incredible but there were a lot of slow parts that sort of lulled the audience away for a bit. I was happy that Wiig was not featured too much. Rudd, Koechner, and Carell seem to disappear for a while in the second half of the movie. The blind scenes were hilarious Also the social commentary was a little heavy handed and this is coming from someone who loves South Park more than anything. Not saying I didn't agree with the message but they were really laying it on thick
  2. Bill Brasky returns!! the Brasky dress rehearsal sketch from Farley's episode in 97 was leaked online. Previously only the bloopers from the sketch were aired on Farley's best of DVD. here it is: Kind of sad to watch but still hilarious http://screen.yahoo.com/god-bless-bill-brasky-050000569.html
  3. after a surprisingly fun start this show has basically become unwatchable. John Cena being a chess freak made me laugh pretty hard though
  4. Maybe it's just me but I got a real kick out of the AJ/Vickie stuff. Great main event and Rey is going to have a lot of fun working with these guys the next couple months. Fun show
  5. this was a pretty terrific two hours of prowrestling. Del Rio cut a hell of a promo
  6. I really enjoyed the last segment. It woke up a crowd that was lukewarm at best all night. Cena returning so quickly is insane but it's clear they panicked. Stephanie is starting to enter into Joan Crawford territory. Or Faye Dunaway portraying Joan Crawford. She's doing a good job but it's so...uncomfortbale to watch
  7. The Mooney short at the end was incredible. I like him and Beck Bennett. Cecily has been pretty lousy on Update so far. Still way early so hopefully she gets better
  8. 91-92 is my probably my favorite season of all time. Among SNL freaks 86-93 is generally considered the best years of the show. Even beating out 75-80. Sandler was only a featured player in 91. 93/94 and especially 94/95 is where he started to hog air time
  9. a minor one but it's from one of my favorite movies ever. According to Pete Segal on the Tommy Boy commentary, Roseanne was the original choice to play the waitress in the "Cluck Bucket" scene. She agreed and everything was set up but production ran late and it conflicted with her TV series
  10. according to PWI Hunter, Stephanie, and Vince aren't booked for any TV following the Hell in a Cell PPV. Looks like the feud will be blown off at that show if they are right. Remember Meltz said that after Summerslam Steph would leave TV and it would be Vince and Hunter running things until they eventually turned on each other. Must have changed plans. I'm wondering if Vince is sick or something. he has looked terrible recently
  11. she has improved ten fold since her initial run. She's still not a great actress by any means but she has definitely improved
  12. Yeah I liked this show. Maybe it was the hot crowd but everything just seem to click even if it didn't make sense
  13. I was thinking the same thing. Whoever gets to insult her first is going to get a huge pop. It might be tough in a PG era though. Bryan couldn't even outright call her a bitch a few weeks ago
  14. Franco roast was great. Best one in years. Hader and Samberg were great
